I placed an order for 10 kits of HGH and a couple vials of MENT a little over 2 weeks ago.

Angel (the rep I use) sent me a tracking number that didn’t register. It’s been over 2 weeks now and still nothing. Told me he is still waiting to hear from transportation company. I am currently out $1400 for a product that there’s no confirmation that it’s even shipped yet.

Sent him another message this morning and was left on read.

I received my last order with him, missing 20 vials of EQ but he quickly fixed that and gave me a WORKING tracking number for the EQ that they reshipped.

What are my options?

My neighbour ordered 4 weeks ago to EU. Track ID Not updated. In past with SSA and QSC was Not more then 10days. I recommend waiting a few weeks/month before ordering.

Yup, same. One time SSA delivered my order in 4 days to EU lol. Obviously that's an exception, but you can't tell me it needs more than a month to even leave China.

Guys relax, i rather have a source active but slow, than someone delivering fast and gets shut down. The delivery times are longer, but it's for safety. WWB/GGB are the only sources delivering oils right now. We can't afford to lose them.

It simply makes no sense that it takes so long to leave China . It doesn't necessarily have to be WWB's fault; I think customs is ripping everyone off.
I just want to say, it's better to use a source within the EU. In the short term.

21 days = a month. Ok buddy. Also having a backlog means nothing if he claims the order has already been sent out.

On the recent price list I got there is a "*" for the kit price. I always assumed that meant you couldn't buy a kit of that item.

Or maybe it just means no discount?
