In my 40s, was over weight and living unhealthy all my life up until 3 years ago. was sick and tired of.. you know being sick and tired so I decided to make a change. After working out on my own and trying to eat healthy for roughly 5 years on and off, I hired coach, got on a deficit, lost 50lbs (200lbs to 150lbs), naturally. Took about 1 1/2 years. After that i went off on my own with the knowledge I gained from having a coach, I educated myself on months of research, readings , YouTube videos and now working with other groups and men who are experienced enough to guide me on my path. Some enhanced and some “natural”. It’s been a hella of a ride but now feeling more confident in what I am doing. All this now lead me to y’all and am looking forward to feedback and also providing support and or sharing my experiences when it’s best suited. Thank you.

Tell us about your training. Which youtubes have you found most interesting?
 
Of course, current I’m on a 6 day, upper lower split with 1 quad focus and 1 hammy and glute focus day for lower and 1 shoulder focus day for upper. I watch a lot of vigorous Steve, big Paul, Dr Dean, Kurt havans and Dr Todd Lee on YouTube. Been watching and rewatching all of there stuff religiously for over a year now. Very informative and well out together videos for all stages.

You didn't mention beth nippard so you get a pass on dr todd :p
