Dude people are still losing as much muscle with Reta than any GLP-1.. is it really that hard to understand if you eat and train you wont lose muscle and keep all the health benefits from the any Glp1? You just started Reta in July..I been on and off Glp1 for 1.5 years. Tried Reta ,Tirzepatide, Survodutide, Mazdutide and guess what they all work very well. All come with different side-effects.
