Personal Use Vial size practicality

Since i have no ambition to distribute my home brews and it is strictly for personal use, i wanted to ask about the viability of using 30-60 or even 100 ml pre sterilized vials for weekly use. i found some pre sterilized with ptfe coated stoppers. Is there a viability issue with doing it this way? with a 60 ML vial i can make 50 ML batches at a time as needed and just use it that way. i do shoot IM with a 25g pin, but generally i will draw with the same needle i pin myself with and have not had any issues. but how well will the stopper hold up to 10-20 draws with a 25g needle? is it better to go 20-30 ml vials to reduce the over all penetrations into the vial?

I dont see why not, the KS ones on Amazon should be ptfe coated stoppers but I would double check. You want either ptfe or the flurotech ones to make sure the rubber isent contamination your oil overtime. Also, with that big of a vial, I would recommend a vial spike. Reducing risk of coring the stopper overtime and the rubber making its way into the oil.

holy cow tho, them vial spikes cost more than it would if i just bought some 30 ml vials to use.

oh wait thats the amazon scam machine in effect nm im dumb

Medicale shop . Com has vial adapters for $2.40.
Bonus: it seems some of them have a filtered vent which would make filling those 50mL vials go much smoother.
im wondering if itll just be easier to to 10/20ml vials at 250 mg/ml test c. a 10ml vial of 250 mg/ml is a whole months supply for me

10ml vials are fine. It's not good to use one vial for several months piercing the rubber stopper over and over. Usually for me, by the time I get through a 10ml vial the stopper is on its last legs.
if i may ask, how often do you draw/inject? my doctor has me on one every 5 days and on a sus blend its been a great pace to do so but on cyp ill have to dial it in. i also use the same 25g needle to draw that i do to inject rather than that massive harpoon he gave me to draw with

Every day with a 25 or 27. If you're only piercinh it once per week it'll hold up for much longer

I mainly use 30ml vials.
The KS-Tek ones won't last that many pokes IMO.
I also don't recommend using them (i used them for awhile but no longer)

Get these instead.
They both have 10/30ml options.

Damn them prices look so good. but living in hawaii im going to pay triple the cost of the product in shipping on the ones from farris, and it will cost me as much as the vials from medlabsupply . so medlabsupply wins over all. i may need to shop around a bit.
