Hello friend.
First of all, please accept our apologies about the issue.
As a rep who's on the boards, I don't really have any access to shipping info or orders. This is for security reasons.
My colleagues from customer service are the ones who deal with these things on a daily basis, so the info you have from them is what we know currently.
With that said, I did hear about a few packages being re-routed and showing up in totally different addresses not related to their final destinations at all. As you know, we don't really control what happens to a package once it leaves our hands.
You may send order # to me privately so I can investigate further with my colleagues or bring it to management, but from what I know situations like yours will be resolved with a reship ASAP.
Kind regards.
Thanks for your reply. I’ll send my order number over privately so you can take a closer look. Hopefully this can be corrected quickly, but right now customer service keeps extending the timeline, saying it will take another 5–7 business days — so over another week — before a reship even happens.
At the moment I don’t have what I paid for, the order is not in transit (other than to what I assume is a fake return address, as noted on the website), and I haven’t been offered a refund or any other resolution except to continue waiting for a reship at some future point. Respectfully, it also doesn’t seem like this can be blamed solely on USPS — there were multiple issues with the shipment, from the label being created before my order date, to the wrong state, to postage problems, and finally being marked return to sender.
I’d appreciate if this could be addressed directly so the order is either reshipped or refunded without further delays.
If you received a tracking number placed days before your order, then I’d say they sent you the wrong tracking number “accidentally.” Probably so they can buy themselves more time to get your stuff from an international location, to a domestic location and buy themselves a few more weeks to get the product in your hands and blame the post office for the delay. Or, all the tracking numbers are wrong and who knows when you’ll get your stuff…but on the bright side, you probably paid double for this experience with them.
I want to be clear I don’t have any issues with this vendor — I’ve always heard good things, and I trust they’ll make it right. But the explanations I’ve been getting don’t really add up. The order keeps getting delayed for reasons that aren’t clear, and so far the blame seems to be put on USPS, even though there were multiple problems with the shipment: the label was created four days before my order date, the package was sent to the wrong state, it was flagged for postage problems, and it’s now being returned to what I assume is a fake return address (as stated on their website).
It makes me think there could be something else going on in the background, like maybe an inventory issue — which would be fine and understandable if that’s the case — I’d just like to know and ultimately receive what I ordered in a timely fashion without more added delays for a reship, or a refund if it’s truly a larger shipping problem.
