He told me same thing to call and I can't get through to anyone. Email they said it's being processed and nothing else, closed my support ticket.
Qsc said they aren't going to use them but idk if he's going to even reship to us.
Imagine how many lost packs there could be. A lot of the stuff I ordered is not even in stock right now What a disaster!

My guess is it'll get to you it'll just take forever. I was lucky since I live right by the distribution center, but I'm pretty sure it sat in some guys trunk for 3 days. The delivery is like random Asian people driving around dropping it off at your doorstep, how they get it across country I have no idea. It's like budget door dash

Update:

Tracy replied and gave me the breakdown of the codes. Turns out I did get HGH, however, it was only 2 kits instead of 4. I do not have an unboxing video only pictures so she's gonna do an investigation by Tuesday and let me know what can be done.

Their shipping records state that it was 4 kits in the box but I received only 2 kits purple tops 36IU.

I'll update when I know more.

Tracy keeps saying that it was in the system but the fact is that I didn't receive 2 kits of 36iu HGH. I submitted pictures and the codes for what I got. I should've done a small unboxing video before opening the packages. It's my fault for not doing that, I know better now. It's unlikely that I'm gonna get anything back from Tracy.

Yea I understand. I'm a spoilt consumer lol. I'm just a bit salty. But I won't make the same mistake again. I'll go full unbox therapy on this shit from now onwards.

You should do that for every source you deal with, because if you are ever missing anything they all require an unpacking video as proof. That sucks you got shorted, but its a lesson learned i suppose. Honestly, i think some vendors do it on purpose because they either dont have the product in stock, or they just want to take advantage of new users who dont know any better. But if you look through the vendors perspective, without a video everyone would be saying they are missing items

I agree. In this case, Tracy turns around and offer the HGH at half price now. It is what it is.

Shouldn't the weight of your pack be predictable? Your pack minus 2 kits should be different than your pack with all the items you ordered. Pretty sure they weigh the packs for shipping purposes. Or maybe not. I don't know how this works. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I hope you get your missing items. Q's hgh is usually very nice especially for the price.

Same thing I told Tracy, but she insists that it's "in the system". I think that the weight would've been the logical approach here as well.
 
First time dealing with "Tracy" since they came back and everything went smoothly

Placed order Nov 25 with the Canada domestic warehouse and just had it delivered today.
A total of 10 days since placing the order and a delivery time of 7 days
