Neighbor paid on 4/12, also to EU. got confirmation on payment and told he‘ll recieve tracking nr when he gets it. he will update aswell

They don’t work on weekends. Some times Cavan replies on Saturday morning but rarely. Usually I get responses between 4 am to 12 pm mon - Friday

Weird that website wont even recognize my tracking number even though its been in transit for 2 weeks. Doesn't give me any information at all
17track recognizes the tracking number and gives me all the updates though
I think king trans only works with certain logistics companies or something. I have had the same thing happen with me on orders from China. My WWB order wouldnt show up on king trans but 517 and 17 track it would show up

I had some dodgy vial crimps on RT10 and some BB20 too. Told them and got it as credit off my next order. Not ideal but I was going to place another order anyway.
They all still had vacuum seals but trying to pop the cap off popped the whole vial top as the crimp gave out.

I placed my order on 27th nov with Gary and got payment confirmed. Chased Gary on the 3rd dec and got an apology and tracking details. He said he was off for health reasons, but he's back now.

@Wansheng Biotechnology I am interested in your DHB. What is your testing reimbursement policy? I would be buying several kits if results come back satisfactory.

I don't think they reimburse unless bunk.
Last price-list, DHB was out of stock tho.
Q has DHB but 15% underdosed.

They have quite a bit of testing (especially primo/mast) but it's all user and testing groups funded. No DHB tho
And most of them dont share the data
