Best Types of Syringe Filter For Peptides/HGH

Currently I wanted to filter my peptides (GLP1s) and HGH and bought some Nylon membrane syringe filter. I have used to filter my HGH and it became clear after filtering. Just wondering if there is some peptide loss mainly GLP1s dose after filtering using Nylon?

Just found out there are other types of syringe filter (PES,Nylon,PVDF,PTFE) and was wondering is it okay if continue to use my Nylon ones.

I’d say no, pes is supposed to be the ones for peptides

PTFE - oils

Nylon is not suitable for peptides. Get sterile PES filters, 0.2 um pore size. PVDF and mixed cellulose can also work but PES is most popular and easiest to find. My preferred ones are Cobetter.

thank you guys for your response, looks like ill just be using my nylon ones to filter benzyl alcohol for BAC. ill go buy the PES filter ones. honestly appreciate the thoughts given

Bruh, He could be correct if he is using the wrong filter.
For Reta (or any GLP-1 for that matter) NEVER USE PVDF filters. Nylon is also dodgy. Stick to PES or PTFE. Cellulose acetate is best if you want to be extra!
But when you use hydrophobic filters for GLP-1s, the membrane will bind some of the peptides. Nothing to do with the physics of pore size but rather the electrochemistry of amphipathic peptide molecules.

100% BA or BB is very aggressive. Use PTFE if you can.
