No change from last week
Reta hasn’t worked its magic yet. First pin was def a placebo but afterwards didn’t really feel it, food noise still there. Got some protein bars for work so IF I do go over calories at least it’s with a protein bar. Again, food noise is mostly only days I work. I can get 20-25k steps in on a busy day.
Pics are alright. I’m really bad at seeing progress in my fasting pictures but I notice new veins showing every week in gym post workout. I feel like a unit taking pics post workout.
The new gym has been great by the way
