Cycle Log: The Road to Veins & Gains

Week 16

Fasted weight: 198 lb
Up 8 lb from last week (elite holiday bulk, accidental edition).

Let’s get it out of the way… Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were an absolute nutritional crime scene. Roughly ~4k calories both days. Protein hit, but carbs and fats spilled over like a drunk bartender. No excuses, I ate like an asshole and the scale SNITCHED immediately.

Training wise, this week was slightly cursed. Gym hours were fucked, also between works, it cost me.
Missed 1 leg day
Missed 2 cardio days

Already fixed the problem though. I signed up at a 24/7 old school bodybuilding gym, never closes, can swipe in to unlock door anytime. Rusty plates, pig iron everywhere. Honestly feeling some great vibes and opportunity to grow. No more excuse for missed sessions.

Pics this week are also kinda fucked. New gym has a posing room (huge win), but I forgot the tripod attachment this morning at home. These are what I could get today, not ideal but still fasted without any pump. I’ll send clean, consistent pics tomorrow from the living room tomorrow but I did send these over to coach today.

Bottom line:
Weight jump is 99% food, glycogen, water, not panic worthy yet.
Structure is back in place
No more fucking around

Week 16 update

No changes to diet, PEDs, cardio

Time to lock in again. This new gym might be just what I need right now.

Considering adding Reta to help with food noise. Will update.

Week 17

Fasted weight: 191 lb
Down 7lb from last week

I’m still not consistent with my diet. With the type of work I do I find myself starving mid shift. There’s always donuts, pastries, pies, and terrible shit in the break room..2 days I went over calories this week.

I have Reta in hand now. Will be starting tomorrow just waiting for dose and pinning frequency.

Week 18

Fasted weight: 191
No change from last week

Reta hasn’t worked its magic yet. First pin was def a placebo but afterwards didn’t really feel it, food noise still there. Got some protein bars for work so IF I do go over calories at least it’s with a protein bar. Again, food noise is mostly only days I work. I can get 20-25k steps in on a busy day.

Pics are alright. I’m really bad at seeing progress in my fasting pictures but I notice new veins showing every week in gym post workout. I feel like a unit taking pics post workout.

The new gym has been great by the way
