Week 16
Fasted weight: 198 lb
Up 8 lb from last week (elite holiday bulk, accidental edition).
Let’s get it out of the way… Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were an absolute nutritional crime scene. Roughly ~4k calories both days. Protein hit, but carbs and fats spilled over like a drunk bartender. No excuses, I ate like an asshole and the scale SNITCHED immediately.
Training wise, this week was slightly cursed. Gym hours were fucked, also between works, it cost me.
Missed 1 leg day
Missed 2 cardio days
Already fixed the problem though. I signed up at a 24/7 old school bodybuilding gym, never closes, can swipe in to unlock door anytime. Rusty plates, pig iron everywhere. Honestly feeling some great vibes and opportunity to grow. No more excuse for missed sessions.
Pics this week are also kinda fucked. New gym has a posing room (huge win), but I forgot the tripod attachment this morning at home. These are what I could get today, not ideal but still fasted without any pump. I’ll send clean, consistent pics tomorrow from the living room tomorrow but I did send these over to coach today.
Bottom line:
Weight jump is 99% food, glycogen, water, not panic worthy yet.
Structure is back in place
