I will also question some fool making claims of "100% accuracy" and "not only will you get your order but can stand behind the product as well". Sounds like a shitty tv advertisement.

I've seen a lot of testing done by both Tracy and third parties that show basically the same results. I see a lot of hate for QSC on here because of what happened earlier in the year and I get it but shit happens that's just part of the game so to speak. Personally I've only had good experiences with them since I started buying after SSA bust.

Just had the same thing happen to me. Sent him a message and the video, now just waiting for a response.

Tracy fixed it quickly. Told him I was missing a product, sent him an opening video and this morning I woke up to a message asking if I wanted a reship or credit. So far so good.
