I am by no means a fat ass trust me. I’m shooting that number as an overshot. In reality I’m like 18-19% bf I weighed at like 190 the other day. I have a lot water retention cause I kept having cheat meals on the weekend. Now I’m not and not holding as much water.

Also, I went from 270 to 170 in a year, I probably know more about cutting than you think I do I’m not a gym noob. I know how to diet, track macros, and calories correctly. That’s literally like 80-90 percent of making a physique, so yeah if I ran a cycle I’d probably have better gains than an average joe.
 
You don't need a cycle at 20-23% body fat, you just need a diet.
Dude I’ve been on a diet for a year and a half, and am going to continue to be, I look better from cutting than most dudes look at from a year bulk, at least naturals. I’m not new to this. The roids yes, but I know a thing or two about doing the gym for a physique.

again, because I’ve been fucking up on the weekends and that’s just me being honest. I am back to being dialed in. I’m gonna hit 150, whether people on this forum believe me or not, I don’t really care.

Again though, I started at 270. So like doesn’t that mean I at least know something about dieting? I went on vacation and chose the route of just eating what I want and enjoying life. I do regret it, but idk I guess in the moment it was worth it. I came back and just couldn’t stop binging. Been trying to break that cycle for a couple months. I think I’ve finally managed that, naturally. I know you guys are gonna shit on me but I chose to run Reta to end the cut. Should be done relatively soon, like it shouldn’t take another year, hopefully.

Now you're getting it. If you're already on TRT, stay at a TRT dose (no more than 200 mg/wk). GLP-1, maybe some GH, fat burners, daily fasted cardio and proper diet will get you to your goal weight.

Then we can talk steroid cycles.

Still though, in a few months when I’m finished with my cut. What is an optimal bulk stack (with minimal health damage)

anavar would do nothing for you but wreck your HDL at this stage. Some good ones I have used and recommend: SLU-PP-332, MOTS-C, ECA stack, and Yohimbine HCL when you get low but still can't shake that stubborn fat. There are more that I haven't tried. YOu'll just have to do some research.
