Carpal tunnel

Just a quick post for anybody out there thinking of taking HGH. I was using two IU daily then simply bumped up to three. Noticed waking up in the morning and my hands were tingling and felt like they were falling asleep. This lasted about 4 to 5 days and then the carpal tunnel kicked in. Swelling in my hands and very achy feeling. Also had swelled up feet.

I must say this is one of the most annoying things that has happened to me ever. Extremely annoying.

Just an FYI, to any newbies out there with HGH who titrate up too quickly that even one IU can make a difference. If you start to feel any symptoms back off a little bit.

Other than that, I love my HGH along with my TRT. I’m down to 16% body fat from 22% and almost seeing abs. I’m hoping after a couple more months I can get down to 12 to 13% finally.

If you’re a little bit sensitive to water weight gain, just take it slow!!!

I started GH a few months ago at 2iu, bumped to 3 after three weeks and the tingling kicked it. I’ve felt it since. I’ve wanted to jump to 4iu and stay there but I’ve been waiting for this feeling to subside.

Did you go back down to 2iu? How long until the carpal tunnel subsided?

Good job on the weight loss. Keep it up and those abs will really start popping! I thought 12% was my goal too. Now that I’m here (or very close), 10% sounds even better.

I will admit I am quite sensitive to some medication/side effects. That being said I stopped taking GH for five days. Also bought and wore some wrist braces to wear at night. This helps me wake up with better functionality in my hands.

After five days, I finally felt like the fluid retention was subsiding, and the CP symptoms started to reduce.

I’m now starting back at one IU a day and will titrate up to two and then cautiously tried to get back up to three but definitely take my time.
