Refillable injector pen

There's not really a brand there. I don't know that seller, but every cartridge I've bought from any seller has been the same. The indicators don't indicate that they are sterile, but they don't change color after I sterilize them in the instant pot, either. I always sterilize them myself to be sure.
I see, need to be with a instant pot ? And how much temp and time to sterilize ? You put with the rubber too?

Instant pot on high setting for 30 mins. Put two cups of water in the bottom. But then inside a sealed bag and a space so they aren't in the water.

You are actually meant to use an autoclave.

As for the brand. On Aliexpress the most reputable brand is KsTek.

Doesn't have to be an instant pot, but the instant pot has a convenient "sterilize" setting. I just put the sterilization bags that they come in into a steamer basket in the instant pot. (And of course put water in the bottom of the pot)

I use Henan Dunyu on AliBaba for carts. Their cartridges previously tested sterile and last I bought it was $0.27 for steam sterilized cartridges (+shipping). Cleaning and steriling carts is too much of a hastle.

I bet you think twice about how much of a "hassle" it is when you have some odd sickness that develops after potentially injecting crap from China.

If you're worried about the cost of some cartridges for the sake of safety, I don't know what to say, cheapskate
The problem itself isn't the cartridges but the 100% import tax, so I'm thinking about long-term usage, if its possible to sterilize the cheapest one i think theres no problem

The cartridges I have are individually packaged and sealed. On the back of the package, there is two color indicators. One says, "initial pink, turns yellow" with a designation "EO" which I assume means ethylene oxide (common sterilization method for medical use). This one is still pink. The other says, "initial blue, turns black" with designation "steam" and is black.

As I understand it, to sterilize via steam, the vials, stoppers, and rubber plug would have to be exposed to the steam and therefore cannot be sterilized in the assembled configuration.

Thoughts?

Well, you can do like the Bros do and just run that shit , not many people complaining about infections ,,,yet!! from non-sterile cartridges so I don't know, hope it works out for you

Also worth noting that those “sterilization bags” are fake, in that the colors won’t actually change when sterilized. You will need to buy new sterilization bags, remove the stoppers and place both the vial and stopper into the new bags to sterilize.

If you don't mind, can you please explain more about your experience with the indicators not changing with sterilizing? Did you have packaged cartridges with blue indicator that were supposed to turn black with steam(proposed situation as an example)? Or have you used ethylene oxide and the indicator didn't turn color?
