As the question says, i am diabetic and im tryna increase sensitivity, i feel like the gh fucking me up the tips of my toes feel painful and sharp and my piss sessions have increased, ive dropped the gh and are now tryna find stuff to increase insulin sensitivty, i only take 2.5mg of reta rn since september

Might be a post ritual i need to factor in from now on, Should i take both triz and reta for insulin sens? i heard tirz is the best for that
Hm. It's not advised to stack GLP1s, personally I'd just run a high dose of Tirz, it's better for Insulin Sensitivity and doesn't dump glucose from your liver like Reta. I have anecdotally had amazing FBG on Tirz compared to Reta

Currently on 5mg Tirz for a bulk but I also walk after all my meals, haven't seen any real fat gain being 2 weeks in doing this

Reta is good too! Not dissing it but from my personal experience I ran into issues with reta (FBG, sleep) so i switched, plus Tirz actually has more clinical backing data to it's efficacy but either way you're golden with either

Fat burning i dont believe in, it's all calorie deficit but the addition of glucagon has benefits for a theoretical increased BMR through the increase in heart rate however that hasn't been proven

Hm. My personal stack is honestly just Chromium Pico, walking after meals, and 5mg tirz. Good options would also be Berberine (easy to get OTC). All simple things but they do add up :D

chromium pico? also is it necessary to add berberine when also taking metformin? i honestly dont see the reason to

Oh i didn't know you were taking metformin

Yeah then ditch the berbs. Stick with metformin, it has some good benefits

Chromium is good for insulin sensitivity, you'd have to google why but I take 1mg daily of the stuff, it helps

Reta/Tirz, walking after meal/first thing in the morning. Berberine/Metformin after meals. Taking Jardiance with GH shot.

Tirzepatide really fixed my glucose numbers and HBa1c. I was taking metformin/berberine at that time also. For the last decade, I've been floating in prediabetes (definitely), and every once in a while, I'd hit the clinical definition of diabetes.

I ended up in the hospital (for pneumonia), told them the meds I was taking, and they did all sorts of bloodwork. Once I was released, and we talked, they wanted me to stop with the metformin. The reason was they said (I have the report also) was my A1C number was 4.9. They switched me to Jardiance to get the fluids out.

I still take metformin/berberine just in case I have an extra meal, or eat some foods I know I shouldn't in excess.
