With shipping, unless u buy quantity, a lot closer in pricing.
Domestic higher quality oil, vials, stoppers. Don't have to worry about the stoppers breaking down and injecting rubber/plastic or enamel from glass.

I get that too with Q's HGH if I draw really quick using a 31g. I assume it's just pressure from having to push the liquid through a small space (31g) really quick. If I use a thicker needle like a 29g, the air bubbles don't form.

I'm not entirely sure if there is any damage but I do draw a lot slower and that prevents the bubbles.

OP noted one formulation did it when drawing and the other didn’t, which points to something being different between the two.

That said, if you’re very gentle when reconstituting, you might avoid foaming even when a vial is prone to it, so that’s good practice generally. I saw a lot less foaming after switching to larger gauge needles for less pressure while reconstituting, 21-22 gauge. After switching to these Nokor vented (equalizes pressure as you fill or draw) reconstitution needles it doesn’t ever happen:

Thank you for the replies. I knew the foam was undesirable, but I had assumed it was an indication of improper handling, ie drawing too quickly and creating agitation, or high water velocity during reconstitution, not that the fact it can be created inherently indicated quality issues.

I was referring to foaming that occurs not during reconstitution, but during drawing into the syringe for injecting. My reconstitution process involves venting initial vaccum pressure with a plunger-less 30g insulin syringe needle and barrel which is left in while a 22g needle is used to slowly introduce the Hospira into the vial at an angle, allowing it to run slowly down the side of the vial. I'm probably over cautious when it comes to water velocity and make sure the process is done gently. Obviously no shaking or violent agitation is used, and I either let the vial sit, or if I need to inject right away, it's rolled in my fingers until dissolved. This WWB gh seems to behave as if it's a thinner solution. To elaborate beyond the foam issue, if drawing too quickly with other gh, the syringe will fill more slowly than the plunger is pulled back, meaning the water level in the syringe will have a gap of air at the end near the needle that grows in size if I don't slow down how quickly I'm pulling the plunger. WWB gh will keep up with pretty much any rate of plunger pull and keep the syringe barrel totally full.

I'll look into those filtered venting needles, as well as the non coring drawing needles. Thank you

There was a discussion about this some time ago about pressure and impact on HGH. There are some excipients which can help reduce shear stress, which may be present in WWB's hgh which allows it to flow smoother.

Yes, this has been extensively tested by one of the pioneers of protein/pepitde drugs, and a world leading scientist in the area of pharmaceutical formulations and delivery devices.

Filtering by hand through .22um PES filters does not damage...

Aggregates 1um or larger can clog a 30g needle (that size is still invisible), which you’d feel as added drag.

With the foaming indicating the presence of aggregated rHGH what you’re describing makes sense. I’ll bet if you filtered into a new vial, and immediately drew a dose it would pull like the yellow top.

Thank you both. I'm slowly moving away from near total ignorance on the subject thanks to your help.

Any tips on minimizing loss during filtering? Smaller filters? Can you recon with slightly less BAC, then use a small amount of bac only to push the remaining gh through the filter?
