Hi guys, I recently placed an order with tracy and bought 2x 36 UI kit. The thing is that in the vial that I reconstructed yesterday (I accidentally filled the whole vial with bac water) the solution is pretty clear but when I turn it upside down there are like bubbles/white powder that seem not to be properly mixed (I cant understand if they are simply air bubble that I put in when I reconstructed with bac water or if its unreconstructed powder).
In the second vial, which I reconstructed this morning, it seems to be a little bit cloudy. What should I do?
Should I put more bac water in the second vials or should I waste both of them?
I'll put the picture in this message to clarify myself:
the first represents the little bubbles/powder that comes when I turn the first vial upside down, instead the second represents the sencond vial which I recon this morning.

Did you measure (mL) how much bac water you added to each vial?

What brand of bac water are you using?

Did you have the vials + bac water at room temperature for reconstitution, or was any stored in the fridge/etc?

Have you let the vials sit for a while? Or tried adding more bac water since the original post? Let us know if anything has changed or improved.

in the second vial I added 2 ml of bac water

the vials with hgh in powder were at room temp, the bac water was stored in the fridge at 3°C

The first vial was recon 24 hours ago, the second was recon this morning (10 hours ago). I didn't add any bac water since then

It’s the cold BAC. I can see the condensation on the outside of the vial.

BAC doesn’t require refrigeration. In fact pharma BAC specifically instructs you not to.

Leave the vials at room temp, protected from light, for a few hours. Roll them in your hands once in a while, and they should reconstitute just fine.

Also, FYI, 3ml to 3.5ml is preferable for a 36iu vial. It wasn’t too much. Keeping the concentration 15iu/ml or less is better for stability. More dense than that promotes aggregation, which you don’t want.

It’s preferable to store unreconstituted vials refrigerated, that slows degradation, but let them come to room temp before reconstituting with room temp BAC.

Lab practice is often to let the vials sit for 15 minutes after they become clear to ensure complete rehydration of the proteins, before returning to refrigerated storage.

No. Pfizer specifically instructs that BAC be stored at room temp at all times. It’s not because the cold will “hurt” it, but cold BAC is a cause of poor reconstitution.

I started in on peptides back on Datbtrue's board, maybe a year before he pulled his "omg I'm dying, I gotta delete the whole board" crap. In all that time, I've never heard of anyone refrigerating bac water or recommending it. So to hear it twice now in one day... someone out there has to be pushing it.
