Need advice

I’ve been working out for a while now and I keep hitting a wall like wtf I do everything I can and track diet and everything I should and I can’t get back what I once had I’m 38 yrs old and 6’2 240lbs and I can’t shed the weight I want I’ve been on certain things about five yrs ago and seen good results but I don’t know if that’s the answer just asking for advice no negative comments or bs please just honesty looking for info and wanting to learn more thanks

Deficits get exponentially more difficult to adhere to the longer you are in them. A GLP such as tirzepatide or retatrutide would be the most helpful in your situation.

Steroids or HGH could help to an extent with lipolysis, energy expenditure, and nutrient partitioning, but there's more risks that come along with it. If your goal is to just lose the weight right now, I would advise sticking with a GLP.

Well thanks that make me feel better cause I’ve been down since I’ve been working so hard and not seeing any progress but I’m not giving up this site is a lil advanced for me but I’m trying to hang in there I’m learning and got a lot to learn

I don’t know it mite have I used test cyp 250 and Tren a 100mg for bout 2yrs off and on then got married and quit everything now I’m back into the gym and just thinking about going back on.

Nothing to do with your age, unless maybe those compounds you used ended up affecting your natural T.
Lmao it probably did. You don’t get to use this shit for free. Decent chance natty test is now lower than in his 20s due to prior gear usage and age. At the very least, it’s probably a psychological, subconscious barrier that he can’t comprehend where he feels like he can’t go “as hard as he used to” back when he was on gear which manifests into a self fulfilling prophecy.

At that age OP, I’d check bloods, and then see about GLP1s for weight loss while you train natty. That might elevate hormone production and in turn motivation
