Make sure you eat your carbs on Reta

He's a simplistic in his approach so it could work just fine for you. I'm not a fan of his theory on daily injections with long esters though. He says it's to stabilize blood levels but you really end up with more of a saw tooth pattern than flat line. Anyway I think you need the bigger swings for better mood and less sides. Like test e/c I would do 2 or 3 times a week at most. Never daily. But we're all unique and you can do what works best for you.

If I were going to get a coach or consultation I would contact Type-IIx . He taught me so much and he can run circles around Todd Lee
Great thanks for that!

Other people have told me that daily vs 2 x weekly would reduce hematocrit which I do have an issue with, but I see the opposite elsewhere. As for doing what works best for me, for sure, as soon as I figure it out HAHA

I'm curious what you (and others) think of Todd Lee's advice. He seems to make sense to me, although I'm not a Dr. of any type and some of what he says goes over my head. I'm actually considering paying him for a consult after I have more blood work. He seems to have actual credentials and is charging less less than many of these guys who have zero credentials.
He’s a giant POS. Did a consult with him biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Literally just pushed his personal coaching program and buying all my gear from him because he’s a “bio chemist” and he knows what he’s doing. I wanted to puke afterward. Straight charlatan

I really like this advice.
Any tips for getting past the pain/tingling skin.
Odanstron for nausea?
Hard to eat on the stuff and yeah my energy was definitely tanked. I look like im starving when im on over 2mg

Damn, what’d that cost ya? He’s a wee little manlet too, isn’t he? :D

I just did it on the phone so didn’t see him. Dickhead asked me to pay double or refund me when I placed the consult and emailed him cause I provided “a lot of information”. . Can’t remember how much it was probably like 400$ or something.

Not the first time I've heard this. The only reason he's not in jail is because he's not a licensed physician. He went to medical school but never got a license / never practiced. He could easily be brought up on charges for impersonating an MD (many of his videos say "I can be your doctor"), but nobody would waste their time on him.

I definitely thought he was a licensed MD. Okay so basically same tier as Bachmeyer trying to leverage the doctor card.

He completed medical school in Barbados. There’s no record of him doing an internship / residency or having a medical license. He does not have a National Provider (NPI) number. If you ask anyone who has actually paid him for his services, everything goes through an HRT clinic. He orders nothing. He prescribes nothing. Why? Because he can’t. He has no license.

Why do all of the larps become famous influencers and not the guys with actual credentials? Too busy doing the actual work I guess.

WOW! His videos seem to say he can be my doctor (they do say that), and he at least implies he can prescribe and so on. You guys helped me dodge a bullet and at least saved me a few bucks, thanks!

I'm not a body builder, I'm just trying to drop some more fat and add some muscle and strength to help in my sports. I don't need ongoing coaching. Is there someone I can just pay to look at my blood work and make suggestions about a reasonable and simple path forward based on my limited goals?

Ouch

Well ChatGPT stopped doing it I think. I have not tried Dr. Claude but remember, 10% of the time AI makes stuff up. It's a well known issue called "hallucinating."
