Since you're new I'll give you a little insight. We don't spoon feed here, it's up to you to do your own research. This is better for everyone because nobody gives you wrong information on a source or something of that nature and you can't point fingers afterwards. This is a harm reduction forum and while sources are discussed it's of utmost importance you know what you're doing before buying gear off some random Chinese source that may or may not even be legit.
100% agree but I guess it's a bit different with QSC considering the history it'd probably be easy to be lead astray if somebody started this thread at the beginning. @Povilys, check through @tracyfromqsc 's recent post history, I'm sure you'll find the telegram details.

I order from Tracy a couple weeks ago for the first time it delivered, and she said she received payment. I texted her my order and didn’t pay until 5 days I sent her the hash id and she just left it on open. Does she always do that and she will still ship it

At this point, SHIM is the most accurate reference. The identity is intentionally ambiguous, that’s part of the lore.
If you didn't reply after seing hash ID, you will get tracking few days after. But she usually says that you have to pay within 12 hours
