Cruise/Bulk MK677

Currently running a cruise-style bulk: 250 mg Test C / 250 mg NPP / 400 mg EQ. Training and recovery are solid, but I’m consistently struggling to hit my 3,800 kcal/day, even with liquid calories strategically placed.
Considering adding MK-677 primarily for appetite support and sleep/recovery. Curious to hear from anyone who’s used MK in a similar setup — appetite response, glucose issues, water retention, or anything else worth noting.
Appreciate any shared experiences.

words mean nothing anymore... close to a gram calling it cruise.

MK will fuck your insulin sensitivity pretty bad at any dose thats worth taking for appetite or GH secretion.
It will just kind of ruin your bulk via insulin resistance. It doesnt cause water retention at 40mgs for me personally, I think taht the water retention is an issue for people who start eating like fat slobs on MK.
Appetite definitely increases, but progress isnt the same as it would be if you just used GH and forced down the food.

OR

work on your digestion.
Go on a slow, controlled cut, add a lot ob fibre. then, on your next bulk, add in Betaine HCL and digestive enzymes. Then add in like 3-4 units GH and be a happy growing lad

That's a shit ton of gear for a cruise.

Regarding MK677, if you know it gives you the hunger effect, then sure, go for it. I consider it useless otherwise. Also EQ makes some people hungry, if you're one of those MK might be redundant.

What about peanut butter and oats? You can make a pretty calorie dense shake if you dump that into some whole milk.
I heard there is a cake batter mix out there mistakenly being sold as protein powder.... just sayin

Food timing and selection is probably poor if you’re struggling with that many at your weight. Maybe glucose & IR already have issues thet mk wouod potentially make worse in long term. let’s take a look at the diet and daily routine, see if there isn’t something you could improve?

Thanks for the reply. I’ll start with where I’m at right now.
My current calorie target is 3,800/day. I’m 5'6", 179 lbs, and at 3,800 I’m basically sitting at maintenance. I actually need to push closer to 4,000 to see the scale move. I came up from 3,500 → 3,800, and over the last three weeks my weight has been completely flat at 179.
Macros:
Protein: ~190g
Carbs: ~500g
Fat: ~100g
I’m eating 5–6 meals per day, roughly every 2 hours. Two of those meals are protein shakes (one in the morning, one mid-to-late afternoon).
Typical intake looks like:
Breakfast: cream of rice, banana, some fruit
Liquid carbs (fruit juice + CarboGain) to keep calories/carbs up
Chicken, rice, broccoli — the usual suspects
I try to avoid foods that are too heavy or sit in my gut, and I do rely on some liquid calories to help hit numbers. I’m also using digestive aids, which help a bit, but honestly the main issue is just fullness. I can’t seem to get that hunger going.
At this point I think part of it is simply not being accustomed to eating this much food. 4,000 calories is a lot for me, and it feels like I’m forcing it rather than chasing hunger.
That’s basically where I’m at right now
. I thought by adding more smaller meals would increase my metabolism and it hasn't really pulled it off for me..
my goal was 10lbs net 4 or 5 ?

whadda think Slowww, you've always given me good advice in the past I'm all ears?
