IGF-1 Blood Test Results - titrating HGH question

First time using HGH (every evening), 42 year old male on trt. Titrating up and getting blood work every six weeks. I got a baseline reading then started at 1.0 IU. All bloodwork collected first thing in the morning. The HGH is from a very reputable source. I was planning to keep the same progression potentially up to 4 IU based on results, but was wondering how the results look so far. Any insight is appreciated.

8/28/25 Baseline - 140 ng/L (0.0 z score)
10/31/25 1.0 IU - 132 ng/L (0.2 z score)
12/10/25 1.5 IU - 198 ng/L (0.7 z score)
1/24/26 2.0 IU - 188 ng/L (0.6 z score)

Commenting to stay on this thread. Also new to gh and curious to see everyone’s opinion. Your titrating and testing intervals seem perfect to me and I 100% agree with your approach. Again, I’m new, soooo

Kinda sad that nobody with a good amount of experience responded, but i noticed some things.
Your baseline is higher than when you were on 1iu but your z-score seems to be higher?!
And from my understanding IGF-1 is either measured in ng/ml or µg/L or nmol/L.

Idk if this has anything to do with Nobody responding to your thread. Sorry bud, I was interested to read more about it as well

Since his baseline Igf-1 is within range for his age, maybe the starting dose of 1iu was only enough to stop his natural production but not enough to raise it initially. Another possibility is Estrogen is too high or low. From what I’ve learned, if you’re not between 15 pg/ml - 80 pg/ml that could give you a lower Igf-1. When I first commented, I had hopes of someone chiming in with more knowledge, but I believe you need more labs than just your Igf/z score. CBC, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, C-Reactive Protein (high sensitivity), Cystatin C, Insulin, Lipid Panel, TSH, Hemoglobin A1c. And that’s just at a minimum

I just got back from doing bloods for the first time, it's my first time using HGH so I got my baseline stats, I got all the panels but the cystatin c, but I have to do them since I had a very bad reading on GFR and creatinine, but I was working out hard the day before as well as taking bunch of creatin and no drinking before going there. Now I have to get a right reading plus cystatin c. To be sure that my kidney is fine
