HGH 40 +

Good point. My IGF-1 was 92 which is at the low end for my age. I'm checking it again after a couple months and I might switch to HGH to move the needle more.

You are definitely wasting your money on secretagogues with that IGF-1. They give like a 10-20% boost to natural production. So you're getting a whopping 10-20 more IGF-1 whereas 2 IUs of HGH will most likely put you in the 200+ range.

92? Id be getting a doc referral to find out if u got any tumors or anything in the head neck area… and see if u could get classified as having low gh and get some insurance to cover it or at least a script…

I'm doing Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin right now and enjoy the results. Are you saying the HGH is noticeably better at 2-3IU? I haven't done HGH yet but I have some on order.
I've yet to run tesa, so I don't hvethat input, but I find the gh at 3iu to be stronger than ipa/cjc. To note, I just started adding ipa/cjc back in at night at 250mcg with the gh, as it gives me better sleep. Just my anecdotal experience.

I am attributing it to being in a calorie deficit which I have now improved. I had a full body MRI which did not show anything suspicious, although it was non-contrast. I'm checking it again in a couple weeks after improved diet and a month of Tesa/Ipa. I know a month is not that long but I'm curious.

Hey guys, 42 year old male here. Currently on low-dose TRT. What would you guys say is the subjective effect of the HGH you notice? And is there anything unexpected?

For me it’s all anecdotal but it seems sleep is better, recovery is faster and I’ll know what my z-score is on 2iu (morning bolus) this week or next.

One thing to heed is how quick you ramp up your dose. Too quick and sides like CTS and numb/tingley hands and fingers could result

I’m gonna stick up again soon and may push to 4iu.

I had an IGF-1 level checked on Monday. Today is Thursday and still no results yet from Quest. Anyone know if it usually takes this long?

This is common. If you're lucky you might get results back in 1-2 days, but 3-5 is more typical, and sometimes it can be a week or even more if there are backlogs/delays/whatever.
