how long in total are you going to be cutting and when is the clen coming in?
I’m not sure how long the cut is going to be as far as the clen I don’t think it’ll be much longer before we deploy that , I’m thinking within 2-3 weeks so i can get to stage composition and then coast for the last little bit and get that shit out of my system, I’m still only 14 weeks out so I have a lot of time yet I don’t want to rush things and want to hold onto as much tissue as possible weight actually dropped a significant amount in the days past since my checkin I’m down to 208.4 fasted

Yeah, 12 weeks out is about standard. Right after 12 weeks is when I personally notice clen stops working as well. You're fairly ahead of schedule and should have some time to feed up into the show.

Thats the goal I want to be as fresh as possible on stage and as lean as possible, I figured I’ll be able to peak better that way aswell,
I Will be running anavar, Winstrol and Halo closer to the show aswell not sure when those will be deployed.
as of right now I’m just keeping the diet locked in and training as hard as possible
 
Calories with another slight drop down to around 3200 by reducing some more carbs

Over the last couple days weigh made a slight incline back up fasted in the morning I’m starting to retain a bit of water I went from 208.5 up to 212.8 again.

This week we are implementing clen and t3 moving forward.

Clen starting at 10mcg a week, I’m currently waiting for my t3 to arrive I wanted to stick to strictly pharma ancillary’s and keep away from research chem brand stuff.
When the t3 gets here I’ll be running that at 10mcg aswell per my coaches instruction.

All other gear stays the same for the time being no additional changes have been made

Are you using T4? Only 10mcg T3 sounds low to me but whatever you‘re doing is obviously working

No, not using t4 and personally I like to start the clen really low because I’m sensitive to stimulants.

As far as the t3 is concerned I haven’t started it yet because I’m still waiting on it to get here, But same thing with the clen start low see how I respond and taper up if necessary.
I might not need it at all and the water might fall off before I even start using it
