Has anyone here tried daily DIM as a way to manage estrogen? I was getting itchy nipplies and started taking that daily first to try and avoid an AI, and within a week the high estrogen symptoms went away.

DIM can work but it is nowhere near as good as an actual AI

I’ve found Aromasin to be significantly smoother for me and easier to dial in. I have Arimadex here and I will use very small doses on occasion, but it just tanks my estrogen. I have some Letro coming and I’m interested in that, but it seems the majority of what I’ve read about it is pretty negative as it’s too strong even at small doses.

Im using anastrazol @ 0.5mg m.w.f and if just started the bulk im on
Testp500mg pw m.w.t.f.s 1ml
Npp300mg pw.m.w.f 1ml

This is my 1st bulk after a 4month cut and will get bloods done on wk6 but its all new to me so i will be posting on here for advice as it seems helpful especially compared to another forum im on ,theres a bunch of ppl who just love takin the piss out of the new guy and i cant be arses with tht carry on
