Difficulties injecting, high resistance plunger

The smaller the barrel plunger the more force you can exert on the oil per distance of the plunger traveled.

So basically it's easier by a lot to push oil through a 1ml syringe with a 27G 3/4" needle head than a 3ml with a 30G needle head.

I use these to easily inject Arachis oil using a 27G or EO with a 30G:

(I front load these).

They are 1ml with a very small plunger and a long barrel. Luer slip (cheap).

I have those BG syringes. They are very nice but I also had the same issue. They get misaligned from the excess force or pushing the plunger down on an angle and the rubber part gets caught on an angle and digs in.

I never considered that it could be the shape of the plunger that was causing issues. That brand isn't easy to get in the US -- Syringes are at a premium, but the needles aren't, kinda weird.

I have the ones that @Elektrobot listed, but it's at a premium lol, like 30$+ for a box of 100.

I did manage to find these, if anyone wants to try it out. If only i could swap out my nipros for them..

Ah it's the ratio of the diameter of the inside of the barrel vs the inside of the needle head.

The shape probably doesn't matter much. For example the easiest syringe to push through is a 0.5ml 27G insulin pin by Teremo. You could probably push nebido through it (with difficulty).

These are the only no rubber luer lock syringes I've found

Yeah, I am thinking about giving the luer-slip another go because the luer-locks generally seem way harder to find and also way more expensive.

My new shipment of BD luer-lock 1 ml syringes has arrived and I will give them a try for my next injection in a few days.

Might buy these next since @Photon recommended them. They are luer-slip but don't have the rubber plunger. Hope that makes things smoother.

Will let you guys know how it went.
