This is kind of odd.
You get significant savings (~3x) from the rest but the clenbut kinda kills it
I thought it was weird they marked it as the cheapest, like if they said it I’d believe it. lol I just skipped it.

Going through emails, Fairdeal Pharma quoted me $483 more than De Mega. I didn’t bother with negotiating, didn’t need anything was just checking options.

Total
$184 v $667

Shipping - 1124 tabs, 28 tubes, 21 amps
$56 2 pkgs v 3 pkgs $135

I've been trying to get Finerenone at a much affordable price. I believe it's the next best thing for kidneys besides a SGLT2.

It's FDA approved for CKD with T2D. P3 trials, CKD, no T2D just ended.
Waiting for results to release.

Unfortunately the patent is under Bayer, price controlled and i think that company goes around suing people who tries to make generics. Jardiance for instance was approved 2014 and we only started using it a few years ago. If this goes the same way, then we probably won't be seeing a generic for the next 8 years.

Cheapest I've gotten was about .7c/pill of 20mg where the recommended dosing is 40mg, which makes it 1.4$/day, assuming the pack doesn't get seized. That price was for ~1k tabs.

I did manage to find it in Bangladesh (generic) lol but the IndiaMart vendors can't seem to get it -- on bad terms they say..or maybe just not profitable..

I am going to try it after I am out of my current batch. I got Kachhela Testoboon (arachis oil) and some Reliable brand test enanthate (EO) from Rohit in my first order. Filtered all of it up in a big vial, put some BA in there just incase and sent it off for testing to Jano. Might be a waste but a fun experiment for relatively cheap.
Any updates on this bro?

I'm going to do a sensitive test because my testosterone was low for the dose on the testosterone cypionate in 20ml.

A poor man's work-around is to use a cheaper less mg/pill and take a CYP3A4 inhibitor like Piperine (as finerenone is a sensitive substrate of the CYP3A4 enzyme)... therefore increasing your total drug exposure for a given dose (i.e making a 10mg dose give the same exposure as a 20mg dose w/o a CYP3A4 inhibitor).. Although many other drugs are metabolized by this enzyme, so proceed with caution.

Yeah I saw that test. That was for a different lab tho (QP Pharmachem not Jackson Laboratories).
How do you know about this ? simply asking

I got my evolve biolabs order but yesterday saw a jano test (attached) that said it has dht derived AAS mixed in, like wtf?

I draw my indian gear line at being underdosed, I know athletes who had their designer gear tainted with winstrol as if these labs don't even autoclave their equipment
I am searching my vials in case I find some guy's pubes in it

hey banana, Why do you think Searle is Pharma grade?
is it not part of the QM thing? what about healing pharma Test?
Searle, Retesto and Intas are all real pharma sold locally.

So are the single amps made by Jackson Laboratories for Kachella.

Local requirements require single amps only. Deca can only be 100mg max. No other compounds are approved besides 2mg stanozolol.

Everything else is export only. Go to 1mg.com if it's listed there its "pharma grade"

Searle Testenate is a no brainer. Just bulky that's why I went with the 20ml vials. Maybe that was a mistake lol let's see what the LCMS blood test says.

Anyone else got packages stuck in limbo? I've got two that haven't moved after customs for like 2 weeks.
Bro yes, and it seems they're slow for us.
But no lie, I have 6 legitimate addresses for drops, 1 address in particular doesn't even see customs. Never a scan inbound. I requested DeMega ship my AAS here and it's been 7 days from India, out for delivery Wednesday. Seems weird. But not arguing. 14 packs to this address and not one time a hold up. I've been throwing stuff at my buddy for this convenience. He's making out like a bandit. You know the quantity orders in placing so I accept risk more than many.

Otherwise I think I posted here I had 1 held for over a month and then delivered. (January) Meanwhile 4 packs in same order all within 12 days. I think they lose shit until it gets scanned and looked at again. Who knows.

On a side note I got a buddy from the military, and we're very close Taliban days. (Yes he's law, before anyone freaks) But certain bonds run tighter than you might understand. I shot him straight. He says unless there is a targeted operation they start locking things down every 90 days, quarterly where your risk of seizure goes up 50% easy. Usually standard operations lasting 1 week or so. No way to target that timeframe. They just bring in additional staff and work nonstop. More items get x-ray and flat out heavy items get unboxed.

Might explain that January into February hang up for many. Someone posted earlier about running West Coast and this is obvious for us. My Asia stuff goes through Alaskan customs and takes 2 days at best. Usually same day.

Previously someone posted the seizure log and it's clear from reading it. If you go through Miami, Atlanta, or NYC your scrutinized thoroughly... To a higher degree.
But when looking at these locations, I believe they're conveyer belt operations run domestic for hard drugs. Stacking K-9s on the belts and letting their nose work, in our situations (meds) K9 don't certify for pharma drugs, they just can't due to legality. I wish they just described our indicated what was sexted, but that's then maintaining some OpSec obviously.

would you trust healing pharma?

i was under the impression that healing pharma is Big name in generic exporters so they has their own API but i guess i was wrong.

i have 7 vials of 10 ml from evolve labs lying but i am hesitant to pin them,
ordered 10 of 1 ml ampules of Searle, will take 2-3 days to come.

I used to use 1 ml ampules from Zydus, not after reading all this BS,

i want to homebrew but then Raws themselves have Purity issues,

Searle it is.

FWIW I've got HP Primo sent for testing.

Guess what bro.

ALL Healing Pharma AAS products including American Remedies is manufactured by QP Pharmachem 1633/1619.

Just filter and pin it. It will be fine.

Thanks for this, I'm looking into it heavily.

What are your thoughts in the meantime on these others? I'm huge in kidney health. You mentioned Fin and we've discussed Pentoxifylline prior. But this is what I've got broken down currently. Anything else you can ponder?

Finerenone
Stops hormonal fibrosis signaling inside kidney tissue prevents long-term scarring after AKI or preventative.

Eplerenone
Reduces aldosterone-driven pressure load lowers mechanical stress on filters

Empagliflozin / Dapagliflozin
Lowers pressure inside the glomerulus itself
stops hyperfiltration wear/tear

Allopurinol / Febuxostat
Protects renal blood vessels from uric-acid-driven damage preserves afferent arteriole integrity

Pentoxifylline
Lowers inflammatory cytokines in renal tissue reduces ongoing micro-inflammation

Obviously if obtainable and only using while necessary, Finerenone, stacked with these others may be a pathway to alleviate serious damage for the gents in heavy orals and mostly Sdrols direct kidney damage. From my kidney experience and Drs knowledge exposure to Sdrol is permanent with each use, no arguing it destroys kidneys with each use and it's irreparable damage. I personally won't ever touch it again. But that's what led me to looking into everything kidney protective.

We could also dive into these??? But I think it's not necessary currently.

Atrasentan
Endothelin-1
one of the most potent renal vasoconstrictors fibrosis promoters mesangial proliferators
Seen to reduce albuminuria significantly slow CKD progression reduce podocyte stress.

Sodium bicarbonate
have shown slower eGFR decline less interstitial fibrosis reduced progression to ESRD.

Let me know your thoughts when you have time. Genius minds and all that.

Best wishes homie.
