3mgs once a week is good but I've used it every other day on vacation once for a week and it works fine. If you're in the sun you will turn very dark

I took 2mgs in one dose my first time using it and I couldnt sleep because of my erection. Never thought there was too much erection lol. Trying to find the sweet spot.

Does one 3mg shot last you the whole week? Ive heard of this "tanning" property. How long does it last for?
