Sometimes after going for a one-rep max deadlift and returning the weight to the floor, I get lightheaded when standing up straight again. I usually just lower my head a bit by bending at the waist and putting my hands on my knees and its gone in a couple of seconds. Im guessing it has to do with blood pressure equalizing.
Anyone else experienced this and is there a way to prevent it from happening in the first place?
