Works Quite well, actually.
The only thing I do different is I try to get carbs in at ONLY breakfast and post-work out....not a whole lot of brain surgery or rocket science on this diet.....This essentially focuses on a high intake of Fiber and a slew of fatty foods.
shit....in the name of experimentalism (yes, I'm making it a word) The only thing I ate for a WHOLE week was cottage cheese, pork sausage patties, and diet soda - hehehe, ended up dropping 4.5 lbs.
mind you I was eating HEALTHY proportions...like we are talking about 2200 calories.
That's a shitload of sausage and cottage cheese
Now I am not doing it to THAT extreme anymore....but the "diet" does yield some fairly fast and noticeable results.
It's basically "HIGH FAT/LOW-NO CARBS/FIBER,FIBER,FIBER...and a little more FIBER.
