i got a friend that wants to start training, she wants to tone up, and lose a good amount of body fat, what kind of training should i tell her, i told her to go more of 15 reps, lighter weight, start off about 30min cardio, and of course her diet, but just in training need some advice, shes probably around 5 ft 5, 140lbs
