I am currently on Tren e and Test c, I'm 25, 6'2, 250 lbs., about 19% bodyfat. I was wondering the best way to go about dieting...I am trying to drop to 12% bodyfat by the new year, if this is possible, retain and even build some muscle obviously because of what I'm on. I have read that Tren synthesises protein more effeciently, would it be better to up the protein quite a bit and lower carbs? Right now based on my calorie calculator on Will Brink's site, I'm averaging 2800-3000, about 350 p, 190-220c, and around 100f...cardio 2-3 days a week, lifting 4-5 days. Any advice or adjustments would be apprecaited, oh and I have been on the stuff for about 2 1/2 weeks now. Thanks much!
