Tren/Test Cutting Diet

I am currently on Tren e and Test c, I'm 25, 6'2, 250 lbs., about 19% bodyfat. I was wondering the best way to go about dieting...I am trying to drop to 12% bodyfat by the new year, if this is possible, retain and even build some muscle obviously because of what I'm on. I have read that Tren synthesises protein more effeciently, would it be better to up the protein quite a bit and lower carbs? Right now based on my calorie calculator on Will Brink's site, I'm averaging 2800-3000, about 350 p, 190-220c, and around 100f...cardio 2-3 days a week, lifting 4-5 days. Any advice or adjustments would be apprecaited, oh and I have been on the stuff for about 2 1/2 weeks now. Thanks much!
 
i would increase the frequency of cardio and also try dropping your carbs a bit and just make up the cals by adding more fat to your diet. your protein level is high enough
 
If your trying to cut, why use test c? Maybe better off using test prop for less water retention, unless your running an anti-aromatase along side it, are you?:D
 
reduce carbs a little and replace with efa's to keep calories where there at......just make sure not to have carbs and fat in same meal......test c will be ok but prop would've been better......if you can consider adding winny tabs 40-80mg/ed the last 4 weeks, but it's not necessary for you goals

This may be true Ceaser but I'm sure we can all agree that some products are more suited for the purpose of cutting thereby giving you a slight edge. :)

Yes, tren + testo p is perfect for cutting with primobolan :D, Cut your carbs week by week and eat good healty fat, like walnuts, salmon, avacado, oliveoil and almond for some exampels. You can cut the carbs down so about 3-4 week you eat like 110-130g.

You also have to increase your cardio every week, start taking powerwalks. Why don't you use any supplement for weight lose like, green te+caffein, or E/C/A maybe Clen? 2on 2off?
 
Yes, I agree With Aheart a fat loss stack would go a long way. Clen/t3 is usually first in mind for 2 to 3 weeks, then ECA and clen/t3 again if needed:)

Clen 2on 2off and eca when you are of is perfect for cutting. Personally i don't think you have to use so strong supplements like t3 or t4. But if you really need a good cutting supplement, read about pgcl.

The main thing with deit is the Nutrition you eat, how much protein, carbs and fat you eat :)
 
T3 is fine if you use it correctly and is much safer than a diet too low in calories as you want to maintain as much muscle as possible. And an extreme diet can become catabolic real fast!:cool: Anyway you can stay on clen longer by using benadryl.

How is that impossible? I thought you just could run clen in a short peroid and the i will stopp highering your body-temperature . curious! ;), But why ran t3, if you are already running tren and test and if you're having a good diet you will not lose mucles and you don't need so strong fatburners, but it is your body and your call, I know people how have gained mucles and lost bf at the same time when they were using tren + testo p + eca.

Do you know what PGCL is?
 
If you use benadryl with clen it helps prevent receptor downregulation so you can stay on it longer. Personally I like albuterol better, it doesn't make you shake so much like clen and it's cheaper too:)

Nice :), i prefer eca and a good diet, you can take thinks for the shakings, if you eat some bananas and oranges or taking potassium on an empty stomach before bed. But nice information about clen :), thanks mate!

Yes, thats some advice that i have got from some of the guys in sweden that as some of the best knowledge of the subject :). Try it next time you run clen!

That's just what I got, now I'm on sus but for my last few weeks I'll see if I can get prop, continue to run the tren. I have been told that I need higher amounts of calories because the roids synthesize food so quickly and my metabolism is burning it up, so maybe 3500 for cutting?

Also, you think novedex (legal anti-est. by gaspari) and 6-oxo should suffice for anti-aromatese?

Usually when cutting you are supposed to lower your caloric intake. You should do a bulk cycle first and then run a cutting cycle. You can't do both at the same time.:)
