Most of pro fighters take stuff but just don't get caught especially since its random testing and usually only for title fights. Leben took the stanz, because the fight was in England which has no governing body like the CSAC or NSAC. The UFC did a "surprise" test with an outside source at that show which is the only reason he got busted. I'm sure he was very surprised since they have never done test at the overseas events.
On another note, why do you think the big bad PRIDE legends come over and look like shit in the UFC? They don't do real testing in Japan. Thats why so many fighters like Belfort, Randleman, Coleman, etc went over ther.
Leben has talent but will never be a top contender because he fights with too much emotion. He hits hard but his defense is horrible. Any one with half a brain will sit back like Chuck Liddell and counter punch him all day long just like Bisping did. Bisping has no power but doesn't need it when you just continously walk into his punches.

He's allegedly getting one more fight against a no name for peanuts. If he loses he is back to the small shows for a while.
