hey please give me some advice i am 6 weeks out have lost a great deal of fat nice deffinition comeing on but the real problem as most of everybody knows is lower abbs and love handles ive started increaseing cardio and im going the gradualy decrease carbs from 250 down to 50ish a day im keeping my protein at 300+ water at about 4 litters my diet is very clean chicken steak tuna eggs about 6 meals a day carbs in morning and decrease true out the day so main quistion is am i thinking straight and have i got time and whats the best excersize for this area
