Samue's First cycle journey! Test E and D bol

Hey guys!

I officially just started my very first cycle and thought I would keep this journal to let anyone who cares how my size and strength is coming along.

My cycle is:

weeks 1-12/Test E 500mg/ week (2 injections, Monday morning and Thursday evening)
weeks 1-5/D bol at 30mg split into 3 doses throughout the day
.5mg Airmidex EOD once I feel bloated or experience any estrogen related side effects

PCT:

HCG: Between weeks 11-14 to kick-start my natural production before PCT (open to does recommendations for experienced members)
Starting on week 14:
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
Nolva: 40/40/20/20



Starting weight is at 210lbs after cutting from 220lbs.

I will update more information shortly as I am in a bit of a rush right now.

On a side note, I just did my first injection ever about 10 minutes ago and it was completely painless. I kind of feel some soreness/ stiffness in my quad right now but it is not that bad at all.
 
My goal is to hit 240lbs by the end of my cycle. Then stay above 230 after PCT.

My diet when I was natural is as close to this as possible on a daily basis

Meal 1: Pro/Carb 8:00am
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal + blueberries
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

Meal 2: Pro/Fat 10:00am
Lean Ground Beef, 50g Cottage Cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

Meal 3: Pro/Carb 12:00pm
2 x Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice + vegies
85g protein / 84g carbs / 3g Fat

Meal 4: Pro/Fat 2:00pm
2 Medium Cans of Tuna , Veggies
60g protein / 6g carbs / 10g Fat

Meal 5: PPWO 5.00pm
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

Workout: 7:00pm

Meal 6: PWO Right After Training
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
45g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

Meal 7: Pro/Fat 8-8:15pm
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

Meal 8: Before Bed 10:00pm
3 Scoops of Caseine Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
60g protein / 3g carbs / 21g Fat

Protein: 455grams - Carbs: 300grams – Fat: 80grams


Protein is kind of overkill, I know, but that is how I grow best. I think now that I am on cycle I will just slightly up the portions on every meal and add more carbs to my diet. I'll be eating at around the 4,000 calorie mark unless my weight gain stalls and then I will up the calories,

Maybe it is just a placebo affect, but I started D-bol yesterday so I have been on it for only 2 days now and I just got back from the gym and I felt kinda beastly. My muscles look a lot more pumped than usual and I was doing chest lol. I also weighed in a couple pounds heavier today so I think I am already starting to retain water which doesn't really bother me. Its frigging cold outside anyways so there is no reason to look cut up right now.

You don't need 40mgs a day of nolva. As I've recently learned, Thanks to KBD, It's overkill.

Are you sure? I would rather be safe than sorry but if it is going to affect me negatively I will drop it to 20mg for the four weeks.

Anyways, I did arms at the gym today and it is my 3rd day on cycle. I think I must respond really well to d bol because I can swear I already feel more pumped up and intense when I am working out. Everything felt light today that I did last week but it may also just be my body adapting to the new workout program I started following last week.

My injection site looks fine but does it ever hurt. It feels like someone gave me a charley horse that wont go away yet there is no bruising or anything. Its tolerable though, I just can't wait for this cycle to kick in at full gear.
 
Day 5

I did a leg workout today, weights that normally feel heavy felt light and my focus seemed to be more intense.
I couldn't squat because my lower back is sore from doing heavy deads a day ago so I'll have to throw them in my workout on Saturday. Hit side chest and concentration curls for a quick 30mins after legs because those are two parts of my body I feel are lagging. I had a slightly itchy nipple last night, it probably was all in my head but I started on my .5 Airmidex EOD now. I'll be injecting into my glute for the first time ever in about an hour. This should be fun
 
Samue that was my first cycle I ran test e 600 mgs a week for 10 weeks and 45 mgs of dbol for 7 weeks. Hcg for pct gained and kept over 15 pounds great boost in strength and very noticeable difference every muscle group had nice gains keep posted on ur results

Nice man. Why such a high does of the D bol on your first cycle though?
 
Today was my only cheat day of the week. Started off with a 4 whole egg 4 egg white omelette with a shit load of cheese and a protein shake. I then ate 20 Mcnuggets, a medium pizza, chicken wings and another protein shake. It feels good eating stuff other than tuna, chicken, lean ground beef and oats for a day but I'll be
back to my normal diet again tomorrow .
Did shoulders today, weights felt light but I had shitty endurance, (most likely because of my diet.)

I'll weigh in on Monday to see what I have gained so far in my first week.
 
Day 8

I am up 5lbs in 8 days so far. I don't feel much bigger but this is what the scale is telling me. I am going to up to D bol to 40mg/ day and see how that goes. Even though I am getting bigger, I don't feel that much stronger than usual. I am making strength gains, but not much more than I do on a weekly basis on a good bulk. The only nice thing I have noticed so far is my recovery is faster. I am hitting arms twice a week, side chest twice a week, and my legs twice but on the second workout I only do squats. I never had the energy for that before this cycle started.

I can't wait for the test to kick in, I want some serious strength!
 
Day 10

Nothing much to say today. I had a really busy day yesterday and finally took a day off from the gym. That means I am going to have to smash my delts hard today and see how that goes.

One thing that occurred recently is I got a big ass pimple right in between my pecs wich is weird for me because i never really have acne issues. Maybe it is a sign that the test is starting to kick in.
 
I never break out on chest unless test is being used. What's worse is I get nasty fucking huge zits near my mouth yea looks like herps it's the worst by far Ide rather have my back blasted with zits as to having 1 herp lookin zit. I hate it and no i don't have herps but I bet I look like it at times! The only side of test I have a hard time dealing with!

Lol, that sucks man. I have a couple zits on my face too but I always get them once in a while. Luckily I don't get the "herpies zits" though [:o)]


On a positive note, I just got back from a two hour session at the gym and feel absolutely fucking amazing. I couldn't pull myself away from the weights. I did my shoulder workout which was the plan and then had so much energy I did a full intense bi and tri work out after. Everything felt light and I just want to eat like a beast now. I think the d bol must have finally kicked in full gear, and does it ever feel good!
 
yea dude fuck the herp zits, but after reading a few of your post i want to ask you about your training. 2 hours is alot yea you had no prob doing it but ask anyone about over training its a real issue it will stunt and even stop muscle growth. My mentor if you will told me to train for max 1 hour and ony 30 min of PROPER weight training, meaning no bs 30 min of truly refined and perfected weight scheduling. there is no need at all to force your body to hit weights for 2 hours. i go to the gym 4 days a week and like i said 30min weights and 20-30 of low intensity cardio. it seems like its not enough but ive found that over the years of lifting that this form of training has shown me faster and longer gains. the reason why this is, is because you let your muscles heal! look it up im sure you will gain much better

Thanks for the advice, I normally don't train for two hours anyways. Thats just because I combined two workouts into one today because I just felt so amazing. I have always trained really intense and hard for about one hour 5 days a weeks hitting each muscle group once except abs and calves.
Now that I am on cycle, I am trying to hit a couple muscle groups that recover faster twice a week like my arms and side chest hopefully to help bring them up better.
 
ok good cuz i thought the gear was taking over you:D but you know whats up i never thought bout doubling up on arms and maybe chest i guess this would make back and leg days more exciting. main reason why i say is i used to work out all muscles near twice a week and got huge but after 8 weeks i kinda got stuck. this cycle i workout 2 muscles a day and wont hit the muscle again till the following week and im 4 weeks into it not and at the size i was at 8 weeks last time. i just feel like im getting fat not going to the gym and working out like a beast.im really not but its a mental thing

Haha, I know what you mean. I can't stand off days. I have to at least to go do abs or something or I feel like I wasted a day!
