Samue's First cycle journey! Test E and D bol

Man I barely get acne in my face even on gear but when I do is around my nose and mouth area talk about nasty lol. I always have acne around my shoulders and triceps but not big noticeable what happens on gear is that I get more and the often lovely chest acne what I will say is that my hair grows at an alarming rate
 
your right my chest hair does grow fast and dark haha what ever happened to peach fuz first. i never had any chest hair till tren entered my life.
 
Day 14

Just a weight update. I started at 208 cold and am officially 218 cold in the morning and I am two weeks or 14 days exactly into my cycle. My face is bloated from the d bol but I really don't care, I just want to get HUGE!
I can actually feel what I think is the d bol while I am in the gym now. My pumps are insane and my strength for the last 3 days has felt incredible.

To anyone who is reading this, I ask this question: Do you think I should extend my d bol use to 6 weeks instead if four? Since I upped my d bol does to 40mg, I will only have enough for two more weeks unless I buy more. I don't want to discontinue my d bol usage before the test really kicks in but at the same time I am worried what might happen to my liver. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated!
 
Also by the 2nd week the recovery time was like nothing I had felt before. I felt like I could workout the same muscle a good 3 times a week

Thats how I feel now. I can't believe how fast I recover after deadlifts. I used to be sore for like 4 days after a heavy deadlift session and now I feel like I could do them twice a week, ( I'm not going to push it with my lower back though.) I'm off to go tear apart my arms now, I'll report back how that goes later tonight!
 
Day 16

Weight is up to 221 from 208. Its only two and a half weeks into my 12 week cycle and I am only 9lbs away from my goal. Feels good!

I did back today and crushed my deadlift pr by 15lbs. It feels like I am a newb in the gym again making crazy gains like I did when I first started training seriously.

Are you still following the diet you posted or has it been twicked since you started your cycle? What kind of workouts are you doing during this time?

No problem man. The main reason I am doing a log like this is because I know what it is like to be in your situation and it is always nice to be able to see how someone else's cycle worked out for them.

My training before my cycle started was one body part every day through the week and then the weekend off.

For example, I was doing:

Monday- chest
Tuesday- Arms
Wednesday- back
Thursday- legs
Friday- shoulder

and I would throw in abs and cardio every 2 or three days as-well as one of the days on the weekend,

Now that I am on cycle I feel as if my recovery is amazing so I still follow that same general pattern for body parts but I hit arms again on Saturday, and whenever my chest feels recovered I throw in some side chest exercises through the week because it is lacking. I might also do a very light shoulder workout after chest on Monday.

I do four exercises with four sets each for every bodypart and I am a HUGE FAN of drop-sets near the end of a workout!


I try to stay as consistent to the diet I posted at the beginning of this thread but seeing as how I am not a professional bodybuilder, sometimes things come up throughout the day and I can't meet it exactly. I also upped the carbs by a decent amount and no longer say no to any fast-food/ greasy high protein/fat food when offered seeing as how I am not putting on fat like I did while natural:D

Good for you, Big Guy. But you said your goal was 240 lbs in an early post, and 230 after PCT.

That's ambitious, but the way you're going, you should make it. You'll be a bulk, though.

Dbol always made my face swell up and muscles big but smooth. Doesn't the Adex help with that?

Haha, let me correct myself. I am only a couple lbs from my after PCT goal. I want to hit that 240lbs mark to make sure when all my water weight deflates I don't drop below my goal. And I cut before this cycle to kind of get prepared for it in a sense. I thought I would love being ripped and lighter but the entire time I was I felt scrawny and hated how I couldn't deadlift,bench and squat as much as usual. This is my first time ever using anything so I really can't tell if there is a difference from if I wasn't using the Adex or not. I defiantly notice my cheeks and face looking puffy and kinda rosy all the time as-well as my body just not looking as lean which I assume is the bloat from d-bol. Thanks for the support, I certainly hope I can hit the 240 mark as-well!

By the way, to anyone who has done a cycle like this before. What should I expect to notice when the Test E kicks in? More Strength and less size than what I am getting from d bol? Just curious.
 
Any other symptoms lately besides the pimple and the zits? Did they go away or you just learned to ignore them?

Nope, I get headaches if I don't drink a lot of water but I am usually on that so its not too bad. The pimple on my chest went away and I am making sure I wash my face a lot and have had no real breakouts recently. I am not typically prone to acne, so it really has not become much of an issue for me.
 
Day 18

Just an update. My weight gain has stalled out the last three days so I think it is time to up the calories. I did shoulders today and once again broke personal records in all my lifts.

As for side effects, I am feeling lethargic from what I think is the d bol. I thought I was just really tired about 3 days ago but even though I have slept a TON and my diet has been on track, yesterday and today I have felt tired as-well. This kind of sucks because I really love intense workouts and its pretty hard to achieve that when you feel like sleeping in between sets, however its bearable.

Is there anything I can do to try and combat this without dropping the d-bol? I really like the gains I am making on it so even if not I think I will still bear through the next 3ish weeks before dropping it.
 
Day 21

I just did a chest workout. As usual I broke all my PR's in all my lifts. One thing I really noticed today was my endurance seemed alot better than usual which is weird because that has never been a strong point of mine.
i don't feel lethargic anymore so maybe I just got a little sick on the weekend or something, Weight is still steadily going up, 225lbs now. I have 3 weeks exactly left on d bol so I figure if I want to break 240lbs I am going to really have to start eating like a beast for the next 3 weeks because most of my mass will come from the d bol.

I have a big pimple on my back, besides that there are no other side effects to report about.
 
enanthate will give you a strength increase but visual size may not happen because of the bloat you wont notice it till bloat washes away. just expect a good amount of strength onset. next time through tren in and watch the strength go through the roof to the point where all machines dont stock enough weight you will be forced to hit free weights. thats whats happening to me right now:D on most machines i have to stick a pin in the stack and attach a 45lb plate or 2 to have a weight adequate enough
