Samue's First cycle journey! Test E and D bol

enanthate will give you a strength increase but visual size may not happen because of the bloat you wont notice it till bloat washes away. just expect a good amount of strength onset. next time through tren in and watch the strength go through the roof to the point where all machines dont stock enough weight you will be forced to hit free weights. thats whats happening to me right now:D on most machines i have to stick a pin in the stack and attach a 45lb plate or 2 to have a weight adequate enough

Haha, that sounds sweet man. My next cycle will most likely be Prop, tren and possibly whinny if I feel I have enough mass for a nice cutting cycle. Most likely I won't though, in my mind I am never big or strong enough for a cut [:o)]

And yea, I have got a lot of comments already from people saying I look bigger recently, but to me I don't see much of a difference besides on the scale and with the weights I am lifting. Probably because of the bloat as you said
 
It can be due to the bloating... Man I feel the same way I have people look at me telling me I'm huge don't matter if they see me every day or once a month everyone is constantly asking what I'm on and stuff haha I love it. But I really don't feel big only when I look around and see people staring at me in the gym and I notice the weight I'm putting up.

Lol, I know exactly what you are saying. Do you feel like every one in the gym knows that you are on something?
 
But you'd probably both be surprised at how many guys in the gym are using gear, but, for any number of reasons, it just has not shown much effect on them.

Its probably the same guys that "work out" every day and then go home to forget to eat right and rest. How anyone can' t make gains on cycle is beyond me, I feel amazing:D

Let me get this straight, you are saying when you are on roids you still have to eat like you are trying to put on mass right? I always knew you have to work out but I didn't know your diet was suppose to be as strict as you trying to gain mass naturally?

I believe that a proper diet and the right training is just as important if not more important that the gear you use

If you want to gain as much mass as possible like me, you are going to want to keep your diet strict and up the calories ALOT. When you are on cycle your body can use all the protein and nutrients you eat way more efficiently than when you are not on cycle so you really want to take advantage of that. Besides that point, if you don't have a good diet and you come off cycle eating like crap you are probably going to loose most of your gains.

I spent a lot of money on this gear, so I am going to take full advantage of them!
 
Day 23

I did back today, I felt tired the entire workout which is probably due to the fact I could not sleep last night. I got busy and took my last does of d-bol about an hour and a half later than usual which I think caused that. My dead lift is up 10lbs from last week which is alright. Over all, the lack in intensity of todays workout was disappointing but I will rest up and get back on track tomorrow, I am going to add one weight gainer shake into my diet per day which adds an extra 1300 cals and 65g more protein to my diet. I will weigh myself next Monday or day 28 of my cycle and see if I can break 230lbs.
 
Day 24
I did legs today and all I can say is WTF! i added 50lbs to my leg press from last week and that is one of my lifts that I was most stuck on weight wise, Feels good and weird at the same time. Maybe the test kicked in?
 
Day 28
I did chest today and went up another 5lbs on incline dumbbells which feels good. One thing I am starting to notice is my joints are somewhat aching from the amount of weight I have added to my lifts in such a short period of time. I usually train between the 5-8 rep range so maybe next week I will try doing more reps with the same weight instead of going up and see how my joints feel. I weighed in at 227lbs today...... not 230 yet but I am getting there and have 2 weeks left on d-bol. After that I will try and keep making strength gains and maybe lean up a tad while trying to stay over 230lbs on my last 6 weeks of test.
 
Your appearance is plateauing, but your strength continues to grow. (Yes, sore joints are the price you pay; don't overdo it.) It's my bet that after six weeks, you'll look at yourself after a workout and say, "Lord Jaysus, izzat really me?"

DAY 31

Just a little update, I added another 10lbs to my deadlift today, 50lbs in 4 1/2 weeks isn't to bad lol. My strength just keeps going up every workout but my weight seems to have staled out at 228lbs. Its weird, I don't feel much bigger but I know I must be because all my lifts have gone up tremendously and I have gained 20lbs and only lost some definition from the bloat. I think I am going to all out bulk now, up the calories to 5000+ and see if my damn weight will go up! I can't wait for this test to kick in!

So solo are you saying my strength will go up even faster once the test kicks in? If thats the case, at this pace I will add over 100lbs to my deadlift this cycle! feels good
 
After the 3rd week the results were great for me I would say that from week 6 to 8 was when most of my "growing" occurred then it stayed steady till the end of the cycle

DAY 32

I did shoulders today. I jumped up 10lbs in each hand for seated dumbbell shoulder press, ( I must mention I had a spotter today to help me get them up initially.) I felt like a beast strength wise but quickly got fatigued from my back being sore from heavy deads yesterday. I think the test had kicked in! I'm still going to run d-bol for one more week then hopefully when I come off of it I will loose some of the bloat.
 
Going to the gym to do a chest workout in about 30 mins. The Test-E most defiantly has kicked in now, I feel energetic, stronger than ever, hungry and horny as fuck. Girls I normally wouldn't hit on I feel the need to chat up just to try and get into there pants and seem to be looking a lot more appealing to me. Overall I just have this alpha feeling right now and it is amazing!
