If you could go back to day one of bodybuilding/training and start over with the knowledge/experience you have today, what would you do differently and why?

1) Waaay back in the day, I wish I would've found an Oly or power lifter to show me how to squat / push / pull w /.the right form.
2) Tell anyone who ask "Wouldn't you be more comfortable in the Women's section of the gym?" to go fuck themselves w/ a 45 plate sideways.
3) Gotten a better handle on how diet & training work together to get results.
4) Gotten more training in functional strength.
well body is not only for showing muscles the original body should me strong from inner and outer so i think gymnastic is the best way for it people must concentrate on it.
O yeah of course, but what is best for a man?
