all the while wada develops innovations like whereabouts rules, biological passports, and non analytical rules. and a never ending list of prohibited drugs and techniques that enhance human performance.
their tests are questionably accurate, by their own words. including "only the dopey dopers get caught." says dave. open mouth. insert foot. and their labs are incompetent.

they continue to panhandle to sports organizations and governments to implement their tests and their code. and try to force "integrity." little do they know. integrity isnt found in a urine sample.
their campaign involves slogans that encourage you to just "say NO to doping." sound familiar. insert graphic video of frying egg here. performance enhancing is called doping. herion users have been known to shoot dope. and sheriff dave dave would have you believe that the market for peds is bigger than that of heroin. it may in fact be. heroin is on the wada prohibited list. along with another bazzilion other drugs. some specified and some "included but not limited to" or "other substances with a similar structure or similar biological effect." so it not the drugs themselves. or their percieved danger. rather their effect. they can enhance performance. thats why drugs are developed. and used.
steroids and gambling are in fact controlled by organized crime. if only by default. theyre illegal. so who is going to control them. and who is really pushing them. people seek these thing out. they are in demand. its so easy. suggesting that the "mafia organized crime" is involved is a scare tactic. and organized crime is known to operate with violence. so pushing this further underground serves no one.
wada at this point is useless. dangerous at worst. drug testing inefective. by their own words. implying that performancing enhancing is a crime, is a crime. its an injustice to science. and their ties to drug companies complicate that. at best wada amounts to an overpriced awareness campain. awareness of what though. they dont discuss drug use. or drug abuse. they condemn. and they judge. that which they dont understand. and imply that its a crime. which its not.

and now sheriff dave into special agent howman. be afraid. be very afraid. unless you realize what a fucking joke this is. daves not a cop. or part of the force. wada shouldnt be privy to sensative criminal information. who do they think they are. and how can that be legal. i imagine its not. if it is. all hope is lost.
