No motivation cause its cheap./ Sadly I am thinking the opposite...
If there is a market for something/anything, there are those who will attempt to profit by it. You cant just go round the corner to your local drugstore and pick up some dbol like ya can in Romania.. Further, If the market is ILLEGAL - Then there are NO REGULATIONS. No one to check the products. Whats even better for the crooks is that it then becomes difficult to even ANALYZE the products. And the BEST PART, is that if a crook was selling you "Dbol" and it turned out to be capped vitamin B, COULD HE EVEN BE ARRESTED? And would they even want to?
One note is you say capped.
Dbol is never capped and hardly sold in "powders" to my recollection looking around long ago. Its a TABLET every time. I am sure it starts as a powder but why would any manufacturer of raw ingredients OR dbol production company have any incentive to sell as powder? You may have been ripped. And if so, you have to now hope the crook even took the trouble to see if what he is feeding you is poisonous/hazzardous or not....
As for the Manufacturer of the MOTHER of Dbol and original manufacturer (I think) - Product Name is NAPOSIM 5mg.
