You feel like you have a cold in your head. Nothing too bad really. You can stay hard as much as you want til it wears off too.

The most common side effect.....erections, lol!
Ah mate all of the PDE5 inhibitors are quite safe providing your not taking NITRATES, often used for heart disease or ANGINA. However since their primary mechanism of action is vasodilation the following may occur in a dose related manner; headache, facial flushing, lowered BP, blurred vision. Start with a low dose initially about 25mg Viagra or 10mg of Cialis and enjoy. Incidentally I've prescribed many scripts for all of the PDE5 inhibitors and had one patient develop hypotension (yea he was taking Isordil...a nitrate) with the other having priapism (nine hour erection which responded quite nicely to a single corpora cavernosa epinephrine injection). He was 28 years old and took 400mg so "it would last all night", wish fulfilled, LMAO!

If I was 28 years old and had a nine hour erection, my doctor would be the LAST person I'd call.
:)

Actually priapism is quite painful and may result in penile ischemia consequently sexual relations is the LAST thing on these gents minds, lol.
:)

Also, ringing in the ears is a common side effect which needs to be watched. It varies from individual to individual but some people are more susceptible to it than others. The ringing typically lasts for 24 hours, but in rare circumstances hearing can be permanently lost.

I know plenty of people who swear by the stuff, however I am to young to need it now. Im sure by the time I reach an older age there will be advances in this research, leading to a better way.
