The really shitty ones will give you tracking numbers of recent customers, so you can see that they actually shipped something to your area
Stay away from BB boards, most of those guys are way overpriced and a lot of them are selective scammers.

Sucks to hear you got ripped off. What was the order?
For a first purchase I would recommend test E powder it's cheap and melts between your fingers. Good suppliers always respond within 24 hours and the legit ones work normal 9-5 hours China standard time of course. Most are no different then ebay without the paypal.
You have to email all the vendors on those sites when you're starting out and go with your instinct. Ask them all the questions in the world until your comfortable. They're in the customer service business. For example their seizure policy, all reputable sources have been honest and up front about it. They can't guarantee 100% that it'll get to you. If it gets seized you won't be made completely whole, but you won't be completely screwed either.
How'd you find them? I googled and found them on alibaba and other trade sites. Have you tried those site's dispute resolution systems?
Lastly, don't spend more than you're willing to lose. This isn't Walmart or McDonalds somethings you can't have it your way.

ive asked so many questions i dident think there where anymore to ask,
ive payed steroidspowder.com 80usd last night too, he always use to answer my email back whitin a couple of hours but now when ive payed..nothing the last 24!
ive talked to a guy today and it seems like my ever ending searching might got an end =)

Honestly, when a site has a name like "steroidpowders.com that to me would be a warning sign.
hehe i tought so too.. you have to loose sometimes to win...he seemed realy serious nope... just took the money and didnt return the mail... exept 4 tihis last guy
on steroidspowder, ha returnd 36h later and said you forgot to send me the mtcn number... still got it in my pocket, so now when ive talked to another serious guy this time, i think i will take out the cash 4 my self

Damn tradekey no longer allows the posting of raw powders. That's a shame.
Like Kamala said I'd stay away from sites that openly say steroid in the url. A very decent one will give you old tracking numbers. As much as I hate that the government would have a hell of a time proving it. And you're not a supplier of finished goods anyways
