Hello everyone. I am a brand new babe to this site. I would like to say hello to everyone. Hey there
I have been back in the gym for 8 months, and I am very pleased with my transformation so far. When I began, I was 267 lbs. and approximately 80 lbs over weight. I am now 230 lbs with approximately 15% body fat. I have chosen to begin a 10 week cycle of 500 mg of Test-Enanthate per week. My reason for this is that my strength is not where I would like it to be. My max bench, squat, and dead lift is 225 lbs. I would like to try to increase that to at least 315, by the end of the cycle. I have chosen Nolvadex for PCT. It will all arrive in roughly two weeks, and I will be happy to post my journey, and add some pics as I progress. My diet will consist of 7 meals a day. I prepare the majority of them on Sunday, but will still be preparing breakfast daily. My first question is if Chlomid is absolutely necessary for a first cycle, or will the Nolvadex be sufficient? This is a very general question, as I know everyone is different, and I have not discovered whether or not I am Gyno prone. I would also like to know if it will even be necessary for rest days while on cycle. I'm sure I will have a lot more questions as we go along, and I welcome any and all advice.
