Hello everyone. I am a brand new babe to this site. I would like to say hello to everyone. Hey there :) I have been back in the gym for 8 months, and I am very pleased with my transformation so far. When I began, I was 267 lbs. and approximately 80 lbs over weight. I am now 230 lbs with approximately 15% body fat. I have chosen to begin a 10 week cycle of 500 mg of Test-Enanthate per week. My reason for this is that my strength is not where I would like it to be. My max bench, squat, and dead lift is 225 lbs. I would like to try to increase that to at least 315, by the end of the cycle. I have chosen Nolvadex for PCT. It will all arrive in roughly two weeks, and I will be happy to post my journey, and add some pics as I progress. My diet will consist of 7 meals a day. I prepare the majority of them on Sunday, but will still be preparing breakfast daily. My first question is if Chlomid is absolutely necessary for a first cycle, or will the Nolvadex be sufficient? This is a very general question, as I know everyone is different, and I have not discovered whether or not I am Gyno prone. I would also like to know if it will even be necessary for rest days while on cycle. I'm sure I will have a lot more questions as we go along, and I welcome any and all advice.

I'm 33 years old. I don't have adex or aromasin on hand. Is it your opinion that it is absolutely necessary to have one of these for my first cycle? If so; what is your reasoning? Thank you for replying.

I would say its necessary to be safe. You don't want to be 7 weeks in your cycle and notice a dime sized lump under your nipple. I used it on my first cycle, better safe then sorry. You can get ugl like Sciroxx or GP, works just like HG for the most part and 1/5 the price.

I want to be as safe as possible. My only issue is the ridiculousness time I may have to wait to receive anything like that. I will continue to search for a faster way to receive the aromasin. I was hoping the Nolvadex was going to be sufficient. Better safe than sorry though.

Ok, thanks Moose. I will check them out. I just realized that I won't even really need the aromasin until later in the cycle, or for PCT, and so really it should be here in time. I want to do this right, and with little to no sides. Should this combination for PCT also aid in helping me keep most of my gains?

You should get bloodwork first to check your overall health. It will also give you a reference point to check and see if you have recovered properly from your cycle.

My best advice to a new cycler. I will let the others chime in on your cycle and pct plan.

You're not going to use the aromasin in your PCT brother, and you should have it BEFORE you start your cycle. Sounds like a little more research might be in order here.

Forgive me Moose, but the research I have done recommends it for PCT along with Nolvadex. What I have read, (this site included) states that a Type-II Aromatase Inhibitor such as Letro or A-dex should be used during cycle. These precautions seemed a bit like overkill for a first cycle. That is why I did not purchase any with my initial order. I am beginning to rethink this. I am beginning to realize that I'm just looking for the answer I want, and not the one I need. Messing with hormones is serious biz, and so I will order some A-dex, AND the Aromasin. This is becoming one very expensive endeavor. With all of this, my food, and all of my pre, and post workout supplements. YEESH!

Yes this is what I said. PCT stands for Post Cycle Treatment. Not the same as your cycle. You run Adex during your cycle but NOT during PCT. Buddy, you are not ready for this. Sorry, I don't mean to insult you but you need to do more research.

Use your Nolva afterwards to get your hormones running natty again and have an inhibitor like Aromisin or Letro in case of gyno like symptoms. Better safe than have bitch tits.

Moose, I am pretty sure we said the exact same thing buddy. The Aromasin is best used for PCT (yes, I know what that means, that's why it's abbreviated) along with Nolvadex. Some sites suggest that A-dex is a better AI for cycle. And NO, I'm not ready for this. That's why I am researching, and asking questions in a forum.

So; I shouldn't need a pre, or post workout? Not even BCAA, or Whey? I will be getting a ton of protein from my food... That would certainly save me some money.

Now in the blood test, I am just looking at my Estrogen Levels, and how well my Liver handles the cycle? I am asking bc I have read this stated, and practiced by experienced users. However; I haven't read anyone stating what to check for, and how to avoid a lecture from the Doc.
