Gearing up for my first cycle. Test E. Advice welcome.

How fast do they normally deliver? I do plan on heeding everyone's advice.

Pretty fast. Have been using them for years. One time there was a mix up, and order was held up a bit and they just sent me everything for free.

You have gotten good advice, run both Nolva and Clomid for pct.

However, you also need some hcg, preferably run on cycle, although you can also just use it at the end.

Thank you, and please enlighten me. I don't know what an hcg is. Link?

For labs you can order from privatemdlabs dot com. You can order them and pay without your dr or ins company knowing. I would get a complete hormone panel at least. That will give you a number to shoot for in recovery. You could add in tests for cholesterol, psa, and liver values as well.

Human Chorionic Gonadotropin. It stimulates th e Leydig cells in the family jewels.

Oh, ok. I am completely in the dark about this. I understand why they may, or will shrink, but I always heard that they return to normal size, and function on their own. Is that not the case?!

Thank you very much for this! How much can I expect to pay for something like that?

I received my Test E today. I will not be taking it until everything is in place. I received some insulin syringes with the package. Will they suffice, when I begin my injections? I have read that the substance is quite thick.

Summary
During cycle = AI (Amiridex-anastrozole is least exp in most areas) ONLY if E-2 issues become problematic (gynecomastia and/or excessive water retention USUALLY the result of cycled testosterone)

During cycle = low dose HCG, (125-250IU QD to QOD) should be started at four weeks before PCT

Post Cycle = EITHER SERM (Clomid or Tamoxifen) is fine! YOU don't need to run a combo SERM protocol like many pro's DO because your younger AND your cycle quantity, doses AND LH suppression, should PALE in comparison.

Supplements = one protein casein and whey combo drink before retiring for the night. I prefer Optimum Nutrition Vanilla mixed with berries.

You need to spend more time reading about AIs, SERMs and HCG........ use the "anabolic steroids" section on Meso, highly recommended.

YES IT WILL GET EXPENSIVE, LOL!
:)

You should have 18 gauge by 1.5" to draw from vial/amp. You will also need 23 or 25 gauge by 1" to inject. That's just me though.

18 gauge needles are large for a multi-dose vials since repetitive aspirations can become cumulative causing vacuum contamination and leakage especially upon inversion.

20(good), 21(better), 22(great BUT removal is quite slow) are preferred for this reason if you anticipate more than 5 and certainly more than 10 "sticks".

I personally prefer the 21 gauge as the best compromise for expeditious removal and minimal leakage after enumerable puncture.

I don't know that I'm "right", but do I believe there are some advantages to my suggestions.

I will also mention (as an FYI) a 21 gauge needle MAY be preferred during ampule aspiration since theoretically small slivers of glass COULD be removed with larger 18 gauge needles.

Moreover the current HOSPITAL standard, for the past 4-5 years, is the use of ampule ONE WAY "filter needles" which are typically 19 -21 gauge.

However I've NEVER seen a problem develop before the availability of "filter needles" and do suspect IT'S MUCH TO DO ABOUT NOTHING.

If interested, these needles may be purchased at most supply retailers such as Allegro medical products on Meso which I've used for years.

They can NOT be used as a dual purchase product, since ONLY aspiration is possible.

Do medical professionals still draw the material from the multi use bottle, which greatly dulls the needle, and then inject you w/ the dull needle? I obviously have no fear of needles, but always say "can you please put a new needle on?" The nurses usually act like I am asking them to give me a table dance. They are definitely not the sharpest knife in the drawer. I bet if they were injecting themselves they would swap out the needle.

First off, THANK YOU for taking the time to educate me, and post to my newbie thread. I have 2 Test E 250 10ML amps, and a box of 60 10mg Tamoxifen on hand. The syringes I have are 29 gauge. If I understand you correctly; I need to get some HCG, some A-dex, and a better/larger set of syringes before I begin cycle. I have looked @ the syringes on Meso, and they DO look like the best way to go. I would also like to ask if there is a preferred method of storage for the Test E. Also; can you recommend a site for the HCG?

Some nurses would be flattered you asked for a table dance, after they flapped you, since there a pretty gritty crew,LOL!

What is it with Short Women.. There has 2 be Science behind it.. My Dr asst is 4'9 and she takes it like a champ.
Demands it, off topic I no but Nurse and spank jogged my noodle

Can I run the cycle with no AI? I have the Nolvadex. I am having a lot of trouble getting the A-Dex. Chem Meso is saying that my address doesn't match cardholder or something, and I can't find anywhere else that I can pay with a card.

Ok, SCRATCH that. I ordered the Liquidex and a better syringe. I have some 25 gauge pins coming along as well. Now, I just need to know what dosage for the Liquidex while on cycle. Can anyone help me out?
