I also have a question about p90, but let me give some background.
My wife is starting on it. She is a sweet, loving wife, who works full time, yet still cooks for me 6 days a week. She is also an excellent mother to our son, has a very beautiful face and is 15 years younger than me
The problem is, she is completely lazy when it comes to working out. When we met, she was 25 lbs overweight. I was seeing other women.....I never lied about this fact. Instead I told my future wife that I was a gym rat, and that my partner had to be into fitness as well. I did up a diet for her and trained her for 6 months. She looked awesome, and we were having sex 10 times a week. She got pregnant, I proposed and she became huge....OK, since she was pregnant.
However, she did not get back in shape after our son was born, probably because we were married. I had just made some money in CA real estate, and she rang up $22k on my credit cards (and took them out representing herself as me= IE ID theft, a felony
) So, I kicked her out of the house. She realized that I was serious and joined Cross Fit. She got into great shape via Cross fit, but eventually stopped going. Now she goes to the gym and usually only does cardio. She says that she lifts, but I see no evidence of any resistance training.
She is now 25 lbs overweight again. On the other hand, I have lost 20 lbs of fat over the last 6 months, and hope that she wold too, but it has not happened so far. She started P90 this week, but how effective is it?
She says the first 2 w/outs were tough.
I should add that I am prejudiced against fat people. They are fat because they have no discipline, they are too lazy to workout and unwilling to alter their diet. I am a "fatist." Unlike race or gender, which people have no choice about, fat people are responsible for their condition.
How long does it take to do the full p90 program?
So, how effective is p90? Should I see a dramatic change after 3-4 weeks?
