I got called a shill also for trying to see if some of my gear was gtg. I think most of the time he has good intentions though lol.

I don't doubt that he has good intentions. I just think he's a little too quick to call someone a shill with no proof whatsoever. There are plenty of good sources out there. Find a few good ones and stick with them. I named about 5 or 6 good ones earlier in this thread. If you keep looking for the "next best thing" you will get ripped off. Stick with what you know. In all seriousness, there are plenty of shills out there. I think Dr. Jim has good intentions but he is pretty close minded when it comes to source talk. Sounds to me he can't keep up with the evolution of this website. The underground section is made to talk about sources, so lets keep it moving in that direction.
If you're new to the board and don't want to be called a shill, don't endorse sources. It's really that simple. Nobody cares about noob recommendations anyway, and since nobody knows you or what your intentions are, promoting a source will only make you look suspicious.

Can you please explain how you used the "scientific method" to arrive at this so called "obvious" conclusion? Percentage of post on a topic isn't going to cut it in this case. As an exercise, see if you can figure out why.
