Hi, guys. I have a problem and I hope you can help me to solve it. I must pass military PT soon, but my results are still low. I train hard, train 6 times per week including boxing; running 5 times per week, but still have problems with it. I`ve tried test (Sust then prop), EQ, but pump is so painful, so I can`t train hard. It was in October-November. Maybe my dosage was to big? Can you adwice me something? I've already lost 20 pounds for last 6 monts because of bad recovery.
You are my last hope. I'm russian speaker and there is no info about roids for endurance and functional trainig on Russian resources.
P.S. Sorry for my English

Weight - 165.35 (75 kg)
Height - 6' 0" (182 cm)

You will need to provide diet, exercise, and cycle info.

Right now, there is too little to go on.

Or, provide what AAS and ancillaries you can obtain and start from scratch.

Do you have labs?

Monday - Running 3 miles, PT (Pull-ups, Sit-ups, stuff like that - every exersize max reps, 10-15 sets)
Tuesday - Running 5 miles, boxing
Wednesday - Running 3 miles, PT
Thursday - Running 5 miles, boxing
Friday- Running 3 miles, PT
Saturday - Light workout (Weightlifting or anythig what I WANT to do this day)
Sunday - Rest day.

I have 4-5 meals per day, but I don't use supplyment, because I don't have anough money for that, honestly.

I don't use steroids for 8 monts. Before there was cycle with Sustanon (500 per week), Deca (200 per week), some Dbol (30 per day) and Propionate (150 per week). I just wanted to gain some mass. Gained 13 pounds, but I've lost it and even more.

I have acces to most of all ASS. It's not problem. Problem - is right selection and dosage of gear.

With that amount of cardio intensity, you might want to think about taking at least 2 rest days, split up through the week. Your body needs proper rest man, to heal and grow and get better, thats just as important as diet.

Yes, You're right. But I can't afford myself to rest. And I want to help my body's recovery. If I can handle my training intensity, then must be the way to do it more effective.

that cardio is not intense… unless the speed is high and the duration is short…

if you ran 3 miles in 60 min… that would not be intense… however, 3 miles in 12 minutes would.

give us your times…

I would recommend staying away from AAS if you are planning on serving in the military. at least till you get your orders and get comfortable with your surroundings.

contrary to what others have said… i don't think your training hard enough.

3 km (1.86 mile) for 11.50. Other distances - fast as I can.
Do not use AAS at all - it's an option too.

Maybe I will not use them, but anyway I want to find suitable gear and it's dosage. I'm just tired mentally and cannot focus on workout session anymore. Even 1 week of rest hasn't helped. That's why I'm thinking about low doses of Testo. But just thinking.

Overtraining is not just a physical phenomenon but a mental one too. It's hard to gage from a physical standpoint if OT is an issue but I think the inability to focus on workout sessions is very telling....that sounds like OT to me.

It can take WAY longer than a week to feel better after OT.

Maybe it is OT. As proof I say again: I've lost 20 pounds already. It's very sad. So, what can I do? It's impossible to rest more. Testosteron?

Rest is the only cure that I know of and then once you feel better and return to activity you need to figure out why you OT.....too much volume, not enough rest, too few calories, etc.

If you can not rest you will continue on your current course. I don't believe cycling will get you out of the physiologic hole you're currently in.

It's not good at all. Thank you. I need to think about that.
But, at least, for future: what steroids and their dosage can be used without pumping?

the guy might have a viral infection or some sort of illness. Based on what he has laid out… i would doubt it is OT.

I would be interested in his nutrition.

I run 6 miles a day at a 630 pace… before breakfast… that doesn't include laps if i swim or 40-50 minutes of weights at night… or banging arms if training combat.

i sleep 4-5 hrs a night… and more than likely eat worse than 90% of the folks on this board. Not too mention a more than stressful job and personal life.

All the above should have put me into the category of OT. In all the years i have been training… i have never hit the wall with OT….

just my .02 :)

it seems… most are looking for excuses to get on TRT. Rather than just saying… i want to do a cycle.

Everyone's different. I think more than the weight loss and physical symptoms it's the psychological symptoms that make me think OT....I don't feel really strong about OT...just my opinion and could very well be wrong.

Nah bro… just a lot of hard years of training…

another way to assess OT… is knowing your resting heart rate… and monitoring that first thing in the morning and under load.

as well as body temp.

11 min mile is just below a jog… a fast paced walk.

PS… that hinder chicks tats are bad ass!

Don't be so modest. Years of hard training made you a bad mofo... almost as bad as me.

Why do you think I had the song on speed dial?
