I didn't count calories either... until I started counting calories.

If you're eating clean, you're probably not eating as many calories as you think you are.

I've always been a big eater so I assumed I was where I needed to be, once I started counting I found I averaged anywhere from 500-1000 cals a day less then where I thought I was. It's definitely worth tracking IMO.
 
Probably around 4500-5000 or so. I don't count calories.

Calories are, I think, the most overlooked part of gaining. If guys kept track, they'd be surprised that they aren't getting as many as they think they are. It's not easy to take in big calories while eating clean all the time. Red meat of all kinds help. Lean beef, but also a big fat cheeseburger every day. You've gotta eat if you wanna gain.
Now, once guys decide to throw in some gh, all that red meat sits on you like fish and chicken breast. It's a game changer.

I couldn't agree more. I thought when I was eating clean that I was taking in way more calories than I was. Recently I've added burgers with guacamole, tons of steak, and pot roasts to my diet. I'm gaining weight like crazy and my body fat is staying on check. I've increased my calories also by making shakes with oatmeal, natural peanut butter, protein powder, egg whites, olive oil, and milk. Between the red meat and shake, I get 2000+ more calories a day. Keep track and watch the number rise.

Could you explan this just a little more? Are you saying that you burn more calories on gh or that it helps burn fat?

The niners are my team as well. Can you believe that from a dirty south native? I will be there for the Dec 8th game against the seahawks! Then of course I will be back next year a few times in the new stadium!!! Superbowl bound baby!
