Seems like I'm stuck on tri's I'm doing skull crushers, pull downs, wat ever the rope is called, and sometimes close grip presses, but lately I'm not getting any growth at all, any suggestions on stimulating them again

Weighted dips really work well for me. If you are looking for something to try that is.
HEAVY skull crushers and HEAVY close grip bench. 6-8 reps to failure.
Yea, weighted dips are good. You've got to go all the way down to really hit the tri's,
I could be wrong about this but going all the way down isn't good for your shoulder joint. Puts to much pressure on it
So I hear maybe someone else can chime in

Yea, a lot of strain on the shoulder. You have to start without weights and work your way lower, warm up, keep your body as vertical as you can, don't lean over so much.

how low to go to hit the tris hard without putting to much pressure on the shoulder?
I've always gone a little further than 90 degrees
Nothing to back it up just feels right
